The coworkers and work environment.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The warehouse organization was sometimes chaotic, but we always managed because of team work.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everybody helps each other and teaches between them wathever you didn’t know!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy and pretty moved, always having something to do.

The owner stood behind you for watching you to code. Low pay, intensive work. It might be good for new graduates working for only half of a year to learn skills, then find a better job. Beside that, it is a noisy place because there are assembly lines right outside your door. Cheap chairs make sitting long hours really uncomfortable.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good partners and good immediate supervisor,  in my personal case.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Low salary at the beginning  of the job.

I really like the working environment .  Also , most  employees are very friendly . The management gives 4 times a year get together lunch to all workers . Can have a flexible schedule ,whenever you have personal appointment .

Recommended for older people not for younger ones. We work very hard n pay is very  Less .. department wise they shud pay the salary. Exept heaters n humidifier other departments hve flexible work.

Great place to work and reeally nice team. The work is challenging and interesting. They are very flexible and understanding. You are never bored because you are never doing the same thing.

Work wise really good experience and no pressure on workers. Supervisor was also co-operative with all workers.Never find a good company like this. !!! 

Bad HR, Bad management system. 
Bad payment.
It is common for young employees to apply for new jobs.
It is a good place for people with little or no experience, as well as for older people.
During my time there, many people left.

Neptronic is a great company to work for with good opportunities to advance your career. The group of production coordinators are very pleasant to work with.

Interesting work, a pleasant atmosphere, but the salary is below market rate.

The team is close-knit, and the management is very friendly and approachable.
