I’d only work here if there’s absolutely no chance of getting employment elsewhere. Terrible CEO. Terrible management. Over worked and underpaid. 

Employees are not valued, especially in customer service.  Management will take all the praise and embarrass you in front of your coworkers. Management needs to be retrained. Especially the customer service manager. Terrible experience.

No team building activities. Constantly changing people. Pathetic Wage and Micro Management. No proper training. Everybody is busy always but work still pending

Nepotism,  no team environment,  fear management,  no creative innovative environment. Owner not having clear strategy,  not working with his team, micromanaging,  watching employees on cameras,  treating his employees like garbage. Positive: only what you learn and bring with you,  it was interesting product to learn more about.

Hired for one position and CEO quickly decided that they really didnt understand the position they hired me for. So they fired me but offered me clerical job at less than half pay originally agreed on. They keep posting for the same position over and over again. 

I worked here years ago in customer service. Extreme Micromanagement. Reprimanded for speaking with coworkers.constantly talked down to from CEO. You are unable to have your own opinion.  2x 10 minute breaks and a half an hour lunch. Poor benefits package. 

the most enjoyable in this job, was have the opportunity to talk in English with customers and suppliers.

The hardest part of the job, was working without any benefit for worked for agency.

Nothing good about this company, poor management, no appreciation of hard work, less salary and more work load. Too much micromanaging and no career growth .

My co-workers are nice. I enjoy working with them.
Different people, different culture. Working like a big family.
But the rate of employees are so low, anyway, its above the minimum rate. I picture as I donot see good future for me in this company.

Worst place to work...
Harassment...CEO expects employees to stay back 15-20 minutes everyday to prove worth  
No manners to HR ...treats employees with no respect

The people who work there make the place.  Even though the job is stressful, the people are wonderful.  Casual dress code in a beautiful environment.  Lots of friendly people.
