Dirty dark factory work for 8 hours in intense heat and terrible managers. Learned nothing of value to the real world only used within that factory and those machines. 
Co-workers were great and some not so nice but no problems ever. 
hardest part of the job was the heat and the dim lighting along with long hours of standing with steel toes. 
Leaving was the most enjoyable part.

A typical day at work involves operating the paint line. I have learned how to operate many machines involving the creation of automobile parts. Management is great; they answer all of my questions clearly. The people are, for the most part, friendly. The hardest part of the job is the heavy lifting. Operating the machines feels very satisfying.

Monday was the typical day to start.
I learned a lot . I build an application using vb.net to calculate production . It was overall good experience.The hardest part of job was lot of information was collected to make an application.

It was a good technical experience as i did my co-op work term there.
I got experience in installing and troubleshooting PLC program operated press machines and running them as well. The co-workers and management was so friendly and here was no burden while working.

every thing was good and manged in proper way. over all thing of company was good. my position was mechanical designer. management was cooperative and every one was kind and satisfied  with the salary

Felt good to work there and due to New world Friction i was able to pay my semester fee. All employees are very helpful and supportive and especially work supervisor and Manager are really great person to work under.

•	As being in QA/QC department during my co-op term, I have learned to monitor and inspect the brake parts, find out causes of defects and find alternative solutions.
•	As a QA/QC assistant, my task was to check raw materials, inspect the produced parts and equipment.

Poor work area, management is horrible. They give a job title of quality technician but have to do labour work, say for running press machine. 
I would not recommend anyone at this place to work. Pay is very less compared to work they make us to do. No growth.

It is a good company and i got machine operator experience, which is beneficial for me. all the employees are god over there and I improve m communication skills.

every day you come home black because of all of the dust and everyday they will except more and more of you with no chance of advancement even with good work
