Nexii Building Solutions Inc.

Nexii Building Solutions appears to have started with good intentions in 2018. It is a talent-driven company, and initially seemed committed to attracting talented employees at its Vancouver headquarters. However, Nexii Building Solutions has failed to increase its manufacturing capabilities. This is actually the core of what they have do, but they are struggling to improve their entire production process, relying heavily on a raw material called 'Nexiite.'

Now, almost five years later, Nexii Building Solutions is trying to track the profits of its Squamish plant. To make this happen, the company had to cut staff several times in 2023 and is still struggling to significantly increase production. What is the goal? The goal is to turn all profits into surplus and continue to attract investor funds. But investors don't seem entirely convinced by the additional investment. In the market, the company's financial health appears to be quite unstable.

It also appears that at least five of the company's founding family members work at the headquarters and are deeply involved in product development. The important point here is that making the Squamish plant profitable does not necessarily mean that Nexii Building Solutions' entire enterprise will run smoothly. The costs of the Vancouver office are a completely different matter than the Squamish plant. So it appears that there is still a long way to go before all costs are covered.

But there's a big headache - production costs. They are rather inefficient and seem to make the whole task pointless. It appears that the Squamish factory is still not sure which areas need to be improved and upgraded. Some promotions may have been rushed, which could have caused problems on the production line and resulted in lower efficiency than expected.

Nexii is the paradigm shift the construction industry has been waiting for. for decades. Nexii technology is giving all stakeholders in the construction industry the opportunity to build greener without compromising affordability.  The ability to reduce carbon emissions and give people a healthier place to live, work and play is a goal already being attained by the company. 

The technology and the leadership team that has been assembled is second to none and is growing every day. If you like a positive, fun work environment with awesome culture, there truly isn't a better place to work. 

As far fetched as it sounds, this Canadian company truly has the capability to change the world for the better and positively affect everyone on the planet.

A typical day of work consists of gathering in a circle and waiting to hear if the company has shut down or what department is being laid off.Afterwards the team leads distribute jobs however there's no jobs to do so you have to get a rag and wipe up the cement dust you cleaned yesterday...again. Management is clueless and lacks basic leadership qualities. The people outside of management are amazing staff with great work ethic. Hardest part of the job is finding a task to occupy 10 hours. Best part of the job are days they let you go early but pay you out for it.

Couldn't feel more engaged, appreciated, purpose-driven, and grateful for Nexii. Every day has been nothing shy of a fulfilling and rewarding opportunity to live up to my full potential. I've grown more since the start of Nexii's evolution than I have in all my years as a heath care professional. 
Nexii is far from your typical work/job. It is literally a place to fuel positive Global change AND be fueled by the monumental impact we make together on the environment, communities, and each other.

Working at Nexii is an enjoyable and steady process. The learning curve was massive in the first year but the management was patient and gave us the confidence to break through.  As of now, our company culture is the same or stronger than before.  I feel appreciative working here and with everyone in the company.

The company has no direction and too many misleading, mismanagement, and execution problems. They did not realize your skill yet; then they changed their staff already. The entire company's leaders do not know what to do as directed. Lots of people do not have a construction background even. Focusing on an advertisement but not understanding the productions and construction. It is a typical: big slogan, no direction type of company.

The leaders at Nexii wants to build one of the greatest organizations in the world. To them, that means a great place to work for all and a positive impact in the unsustainable construction industry. With so much passion, it is a fast-paced and high energy environment. I wouldn't say Nexii is for everyone, but if you've got the drive, it's an incredible place to work and grow.

There is no commitment in the company. They can fire you without follow any commitment. The executive manager level is really awful, no contribution at all, but they only fire the working people. They only focus on investment advertising, not really understand the business at all, price is way to high compare to current local market price. Many people has no experience at all.

The best part of the job was the team. The Best Team Ever. The managment was opposite. There was a constitution that managment never followed. Voiced concerns were met with poor performance reviews.  I once heard a manager ordering wine in a restaurant during a virtual meeting. More interested in talking about equity than treating people fairly.  It was a good learning experience. 

Mostly under qualified management that micromanages created a dreadful work culture. Friendly employee culture on the floor, huge lack of adequate training procedures to ensure skilled labour requirements were met. Building practices not standardized and mostly greenwashing about company and product being environmentally sound.
