Niagara Battery and Tire

The people you work with are great people, but other than that, the job sucks for pretty much everything else.
-the pay sucks (minimum wage, NOT $15/hr)
-work is literally back breaking
-the hours suck (49 hours a week)
-no time for any kind of social life
-can’t leave property for lunch (bring your own, or it’s the gut-truck where you’ll pay $17 for a drink and a sandwich)

This list goes on but you really want to know what I’m on about then you’ll just have to get the job CUZ WE NEED HELP DESPERATELY 

Work environment was very pleasant.  Worked with 4 other co-workers directly and 4 other employees somewhat.  All employees were very good to work with.

A good working environment with very helpful management and staff. Working hours were very flexible.

All duties of the position were very acceptable, no part of the job was particularly hard.

They gave us no brakes while we worked 10 hour days, they are a great company to buy from but not work work for at all. I did enjoy my co-workers but not my bosses. They wrongfully accuse workers for things they assume are being done. They also don't really care about your family life. You have to fight to take vacation.

What is the best part of working at the company?
This place is garbage big time .

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything . The owners are total tools

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They lie and look out for no one 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Doing your job and putting up with politics

If you're prepared to work an honest day this company will help you and support you.  I witnessed many times when fellow employees were having difficult times in their lives with family, personal stress, outside related issues. This ownership and upper management really care.

Long Hours, bad work culture, low pay, no real breaks or lunch. The company spends no time developing and training employees. It’s sink or swim in a toxic negative environment where every department treats the other like they are idiots. The company is also suck in the past with everything from business practices to using 30 year old software.

the hardest part of the job was keeping up with all the work 
the most enjoyable part of the job was installing new tires.

Fast pace environment to work in .. which makes the day go by faster too .. easily to conduct work  properly with little supervision.. well established business with many clientele.. overall a great group of fellow workers and management .

They will keep you on even if there is no work available and will pay you a full weeks wages no matter what.I liked that a lot. I didn't have to worry about not getting sent home early.

Can be good at time but stressful and difficult most times. Seems alot of poor leadership and helping coworkers having difficulty with work. Needs better leadership
