What is the best part of working at the company?
Don’t even try to be outgoing or talkative, you will never ‘fit in’ 
They will use you then discard you without warning 
There is a very good reason they are always looking for help

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Trying to ‘fit in’ with the clicks! 
You can’t be yourself
Don’t think about talking in the morning 
Too much backstabbing and gossip

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
If you aren’t already part of the ‘click’ or related somehow don’t even bother!!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Warehouse is a sweatshop! They supply fans at first but then take them away

Nice people to work for but don't expect to get a raise for many many years or job advancement, just more duties added to what you have for the same pay. Most of the co-workers are great, friendly, helpful but there are always that select few who thrive on causing stress and drama (just like anywhere). The management is somewhat disorganized. There is overtime in the summer when it's busy and layoffs in the winter when it's slow....maybe you'll get called back, maybe you won't. Learned invoicing and shipping. The hardest part is lifting the heavy boxes.

People and the ambience at the work place was really good. I appericiated that they give me an opportunity to be part of their team

Heat during the summer time. Rest was alright

Owner was always ready to help you whenever u needed. Supervisors are really helpful

very calm and joyful around the people

This is a great place to work, run by a great family. Everyone is respected and treated well, and you never leave feeling stressed out. They are very quick to offer compliments and let you know you're doing a good job, and your hard work is appreciated

Family owned company.  And they care about the little people. All their staff basically. You treat them good they will treat you better.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The stress was working in the heat!

Multi cultural and fun when you get to know your co-workers 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Pretty steady with a variety or orders and side jobs

Most employees are nice and great to work with. Management sucks! They are a family operation and claim we are all like family. Don't let that fool you! Many layoffs, favoritism, and micromanagment! Promotions and raises are all biased. If you get on their good side and play buddy buddy, you may be okay. Very old school thinking as well! Very shady managment and HR. 

just another job where you are just a number !!!
they basically use you when they need you and let you go when they don't. no job security !! very unorganized !!!
if your looking for a job until you find a better one , this is the job for you !!!

If you want an occasional job with no job security then this is the place to go. If you want a toxic work environment with management micro managing you then this is your place! If you would like to be laid off before christmas and before bonuses are handed out, then this is the place to work! Family owed, if you're not with any management they will find a way to fire you aka "layoff"!!!

Worked for Niagara River for just over a year. Family company that’s very fair and accommodating to their employees. Only reason I left was for a job that was more suited in my field. Would highly recommend working here!

This was a great place to work. Family owned and run. They really show  appreciation for employees. They expect you to work but are fair and understanding as well.
