I was really disappointed with this place. The rest of the staff here is very friendly and helpful but the work environment in my office is extremely toxic. My supervisor was a micro manager and refused to train me on new tasks. Whenever I asked for help, they would say that there was "no time" and then get angry at me that a task was not done to their specification. The last straw was when they yelled at me for doing a task in a wrong order.

Truth of the matter is, this should be a really easy and straight forward job. But the amount of micromanaging made it unbearable. My supervisor had a reputation among the staff of being difficult to work with and has been through 11 assistants (now 12) in the 9 years they have worked here. I have to wonder what management is thinking keeping someone like this on for so long. When I brought up the yelling incident to them, they never followed up with me on it. They just said, "we take this incident seriously" but then never discussed it with me again. Oh well. If that's the kind of people they want to keep then I wish the next 11 Accounting Clerks luck in this position!

I really enjoy working here. Although I believe we deserve to be payed more then minimum wage for the amount of work we do and the type of work it is still a great place to work. The boss is really friendly and accomodating. You get lots of hours, free pizza on Saturdays, and every holiday weekend off. The staff is very nice and helpful as well. They also supply all work uniforms free of charge and everyone is always willing to give a helping hand when needed.

They say cares about employees but only the family ones


Long hours for everybody, as a student, during the summer time, I was working Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm, Saturday 8 am to 3 pm. Sometimes hours were longer depending on if the other staff needed help completing their tasks as well. Not much time off , even if requested in advance. Some of the other staff is very friendly, bosses were nice as well. The only reason we were overworked is because we were understaffed. Personally, no complaints other than the heavy work load.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The only good part was the office space I had for myself.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
You are under paid, under appreciated and the environment is stressful and the  missogym is clear.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very toxic environment, if you’re not family, you’re nobody there.

Working as a PDI tech is a challenge and if you don't like surprises it's not for you. The company provides the support needed to accomplish the end goal. You work independently with their support. They acknowledge your efforts so you feel part of the team.  A good position to challenge you.  

Amazing businessman!! He thanks every single customer who buys a trailer, he also  takes care of his employees eg (skids of water, freezies, watermelon) always peanut butter, bread and butter there for employees, subway, pizza, maybe even wings while you work on a Saturday. The hours are very long  but the money and the overtime is there.

Poor leadership, a lack of genuine concern for the welfare of the workforce, a lack of honest feedback, and massive pay disparities everywhere 
We are not here to train you, according to the company's credo.

Long days very little time off. Pay isn't bad but could be better for what's expected of you. Very little support from management, HR/accountant is the worst. They don't take safety seriously....lots of favoritism if you aren't one of the favorites you get dumped on. 

Over worked under paided no appreciation

Accountant /HR is a loser and very ugly
They tell you what you wanna hear 
Full of empty promises
