What is the best part of working at the company?
Flexible dispatch, destinations all over US, good pay. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
This is not a stressful company to work for, but occasionally there would be delays with return loads being ready vs when the shipper said they would be ready. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There was a lot of support from the office staff whenever any issue came up. 10/10

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You decide how your day is going to go. If you are productive, you make money, and you can get coaching to reach your goals.

Only busy during summer and inefficient Dispatch. They will tell you to do things which are like very hard to do. And it's very heavy. Weight of trailers will make you drive. And when you gonna get ticket, they won't gonna care about it. Plus the staff is very lazy like. Whenever you call the dispatch, they're gonna forward call You like ten twenty people in a row. Some of the dispatch. They also work in India. And they don't know anything about this country.

Only few people know what to do in the office and want to do the job as is supposed to. Rest of them, just pretending doing something. Over all they are very far from professionalism and are able to tell 3 lies in 2 words. The good drivers are staying with them for more then 3 - 4 months. Any step they make is wrong but they are so good to blame whoever is handy, but them. Be very careful with the payments!!!

They found me a manual transmission truck and respected my destination choices. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Sometimes they asked me to go to places I didn't like, but not too often

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very relaxed, no problem to everything

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Get in the truck and drive, pass the border and go to sleep

good company  when considering salary and job security . 
Office area requires considerable upgrade. 
requires a new approach to driver recruitment and retention. 

Location is good for anyone residing in the West Island of Montreal.
Terminal will be more esthetically pleasing as well as more functional when renovations to the building and parking area are completed.

Must be great at communicating (mostly written communication with most teams) and be ok to work independently. Attention to detail is very important. The job can be overwhelming but once you figure it out, things become easier. However, things are in constant change, so must be comfortable with constant changes too.

Truck repair done  inside warehouse and you do smell gas inside office

I learnt a lot while working with Nishan Transport Inc. It was great working with them. I have great knowledge of computer skills but, I also got a chance to learn transportation software as well.

Company has very sorry management and horrible place to work. You have been warned. Pay sucks and they don't respect you.  The other drivers are arrogant. The management are backstabbing and mean.

Nishan is the best place I've ever worked! I say this because I'm challenged each day, motivated to do my best and feel supported by my management team. It's a joy coming to work each day
