* A typical day would start off, with logging on to the phones (resolving issues with both co-workers and clients); meeting my personal quota; assisting co-workers with queries; approving as many accounts to be paid before a certain batch time; monitoring the work list of all accounts new/old; fixing incorrect accounts/payments on files worked within the week.
* Impressed with my personal skills on the job, it's more beneficial to let others fix their own errors instead of fixing it for them.
* Personally unimpressed with higher management (with their lack of knowledge for the job function and assistance), however, have great respect for my immediate manager and her principals for work ethic.

It’s deeply concerning to see an organization prioritize promotions based solely on diversity rather than merit or capability. While diversity is important and should be cultivated, using it as the primary basis for advancement—without considering qualifications or performance—undermines the competence of the leadership team. This approach has led to poor decision-making, internal disorganization, and a noticeable decline in morale among employees who feel overlooked despite their hard work. The results are evident: the organization is failing and worsening day by day. Key talent is leaving, accountability is almost nonexistent, and the workplace culture is deteriorating rapidly. Promoting individuals who are not prepared for leadership roles simply to meet demographic metrics does a disservice to everyone involved. A commitment to diversity should include investing in and developing capable individuals from all backgrounds—not ignoring capability altogether. Without a course correction, this trend will continue to accelerate the organization’s downfall.

- The people, overall, are great to work with

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
- Lack of senior management and above opportunities, at least with NCFI
- Reporting hierarchy is a steep pyramid
- Financials approvals are tedious and highly bureaucratic

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Culture is generally collaborative. They profess a "one team" mindset, but that really only applies to the successes. If a failure occurs, then fingers will be pointed.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It's a hybrid office setting with Mondays and Tuesdays in the office, and the rest are work from home. Despite the days being in the office, most meetings are still conducted via Zoom. Cafeteria is good for breakfast and making sandwiches.

As a commercial lending analyst in a small department my days are busy and ever changing. Since the department is in a growth phase my weeks can consist of; 20% legal documentation preparation, 20% dealer servicing and training, 20% audit monitoring and follow-up and payment collection, 20% new commercial lending system Canadian lead, 20% new dealership on-boarding.
I have learned to focus my attention and energy on one task at a time, with the nature of my current job it is very easy to get distracted by one task to another and I have learned to priorities and balance multitasking and focus.
I have learned to adapt to change as management is always evolving bring new ideas and strategies for growth.
The most difficult aspect of the job was also the most enjoyable, as the business and growing it is balancing new policies and procedures, being innovative and mitigating risk all while trying to maintain a strong customer focus and profitability.

Great workplace environment where people are supportive and looking to grow off eachother. Everyone is kind and understanding, and managers will have your back if necessary. Teamwork is key, and all departments work together. Process and people are a key aspect to the job. Many of your skills will be challenged, but that is what makes the job interesting and fulfilling. Learning time management as well as people skills are the greatest skills that I have been able to improve upon in the positions that I have had over the years at this company.

the job was a fast pace work environment. A typical day at work would start out with getting prepared for the day such as fill bottles with chemical to clean the vehicles. We would get at the least 10 vehicles a day. Would get two 15min breaks and a half hour but would have to clock out every time I took a break. Management acted like they would have everything under control. They were not supportive with important problems that I would bring to them. Was tested like a supervisor but was not the supervisor. The hardes part would be tying to get vehicles done on time as most times we would get more then 2 vehicles for the same time. The job it's self was unorganized. The most enjoyable part was the people I worked with. They always mad me smile and always enjoyed talking with them on my breaks.

This company is one of the better companies I have worked for during my professional career. I have been lucky enough to work with a group of people who have become a lot like family. The environment welcomes team support and opportunity to learn new things.

My management team is greati in helping you obtain any new information I seek or even educational endeavours. 

I don't believe there is a "hardest" part of my day as I really push through any challenge in front of me and find an easy and productive way to complete all tasks. The lengthiest part of my day however would be any legal proceedings I take against clients.

There are politics within the company however, this is how it goes with any place of business.

Days are very busy and often unpredictable. 
Fun product to market. Quite reactive business in nature.
Dealer operations are key component to success of business. 
All aspects of corporate office ops need to be interconnected and tied with dealer ops.

Continued to learn  to juggle many tasks of various nature; integrate many marketing agencies. 
The hardest part was to get approval to move initiatives forward. Canadian operations is a small office with few people. Lots of red tape mandated by the global office hindered operations of the Canadian office.
The most enjoyable part was getting things done, seeing measurable successes of the CRM and other marketing campaigns.
