Associates receive abundant training and experience in the sales process, business plan development and territory management.  This is a work first company culture, requiring many nights, weekends and significant travel on top of a busy Monday to Friday schedule.  You will be exposed to cutting edge dental technology, attending hours of continuing education lectures, seminars and symposia.  The hardest part of the job is the time commitment, often 60 to 70 hours a week in the busy season.  The best part of the job is seeing your customers deliver first class dental solutions to patients.
Danaher is a very process driven company, great for those looking to develop management skills and experience in a large corporate environment.  There is a lot of scrutiny and administration involved, so those looking to work independently in the field may find the culture challenging.

Training was mainly self directed which isn't ideal in a very demanding, knowledge based industry. Little support from management. 
Ridiculous expectations as far as duplicate reporting with their CRM tool, reports and sales reporting.
Huge corporation that has lost focus on the customers and their employees. 

Management and support team have been reduced to very few. 
Workload placed on few management and reps. 
Even if you cover someone else’s role, you are only evaluated on your own territory. 



Good company with long leading history in market, base on a high tech level ,good relationship with top customer on the world.I like this company. Huge database to study and advance staff skills.

Good:

- Management at the time was terrible & unprofessional
- Young and inexperienced team

From sales, marketing, to management, a group of dedicated and supportive people that is awesome to work with. However everyone's plate is overloaded, which may affect performance, deliveries and work-life balance.

Nobel Biocare is a great place to learn and meet many new people.
working with speakers from around the world, setting up tradeshows, traveling, very rewarding.

Great mission, great product, great corporate values. Hard-working people. Fast-paced environment. Great opportunity for development and professional growth.

A lot of promises of being hired direct, no light at end of the tunnel. Revolving door, boys club. Either you're in or you're out. Warehouse is a recycling unit for products.

Great client base, great products.
