While many of the people that work at this place are easy to get along with, this is easily overshadowed by the incompetence and lack of human decency from management.

Constantly only being belittled even when doing or asking how to do things for the first time, harassment of not completing tasks fast enough even when keeping a fast pace & completing each task properly, and arbitrary enforcement/punishment of expectations that should be standard for each worker are a few examples of how you will be treated working for this business.

If your work ethic is to do your job well; you will be met with zero recognition from management if you are able to. Instead, whenever you make an error (or even if management thinks it was you) you/others will be scolded for the mistake and be told to do better. 

There's a heavy stress to complete tasks quickly, and an even heavier lacking of standardized training or even people available to train you properly. That being said, if you take the time to properly complete a task/work load management will likely criticize you for not finishing it fast enough. This is because the standard is people rushing and skipping/missing multiple steps while making multiple errors, not the exception.

This leads to the arbitrary enforcement of what each employee is required to do, as well as harassment targeted towards whichever employees management dislikes at the time. Whichever employees show initiative will be met with getting more and more tasks dogpiled on to them with no incentive. Management seems to enjoy seeing how much they can overwork someone before they quit as turnover seemed high the entire time working there.

You will not be given proper training, management is stuck in their ways not open to new ideas or change, and your workload as well as any praise/criticism surrounding your performance will essentially be random. There's some nice people, but again the sheer incompetence/toxicity of management heavily outweighs that. 

This place is ridiculous, safety is placed second, and employees last.
The lack of training, lack of leadership in this company, and very toxic environment was the one thing that made me not return.

I've witnessed three fellow employees resign due to the horrible attitudes of the supervisor and management. Everyone worked against one another - no one worked as a team. 
Inbound/receiving is terribly weak as nobody is trained adequately. New hires are milked for labour on receiving and thrown into forklifts to pick after they prove useless on inbound. 

The supervisor there singled people out and only liked certain people, paid temporary-hired on workers more per hour than their loyal own employees. There was nothing consistent in terms of workload, the profit share program they have is a deceptive tactic to keep Employee's working. Forklifts have known issues reported to the supervisor but nothing has been repaired or maintained and is an unsafe place to work.

The management in the warehouse is a joke. The supervisor will take advantage of you and wont advance you at all. There is no training here, if you pick a product wrong you will be ragged on for it. You wont even get a tape gun within a full year of working here. The pay is very low for the amount of work and the only way they can keep new employees for a year is by telling the profit sharing then the time comes and its terrible. Funniest part is they will tell you next year it will double and so on...

I had an opportunity to get a forklift operation certification because after my second week I started an internal training in many machines. Little by little, I got knowledge (theory) and practical in those machines. 

Unless you love being insulted all day long by coworkers, I'd pass on this employer. Management has no experience and other workers are not very competent.

Most days were fast paced busy days which made your shift go by quick. Not really much room to move up in the company. People there are boring, no one really talks to each other.
