The classic of not what you know, it is who you know. New unobservant managers that do not know what they are doing. Letting good qualified and certified employees go, and replacing them with their friends. This was a very good company to work for at one time. Good Culture, will miss my coworkers. It was good job security till the new management came in. Often hiring outside positions and not promoting from with in, then getting inexperience people who do not have a clue what is going on. I can go on. I never felt so much negativity from this place, in any place I worked at. Worst of it was the last of my 4 months there.

Typical day here is be ready before the buzzer . Work till next buzzer . Don’t talk about anything you don’t want strangers in the front office to hear, as every camera has a microphone on it and the front office will sit and listen while your on break. Seen this in person during my interview. Then seen it again several times handing in paperwork. It does have a profit sharing, but only if they seem you earned it.  
Was a pay check that you really had to earn and isn’t even the greatest thing. Still offering the same wage from 8 years ago to people.

Working in a manufacturing environment, it's extremely busy and ever-changing.  The ability to multi-task and work effectively with several other team members is necessary and makes the work enjoyable.  The atmosphere is relaxed while still maintaining professionalism and ensuring deadlines are met.  Maintaining external relationships is also an integral part of the position and is very helpful to keep on top of ever changing markets.

Management doesn't respect you. You arent worth anything to them. If you want regular wage increases like a normal job don't apply here. Theyll keep you at the same wage for as long as possible. Usually most employees get a raise when they try to leave but only if youve proved yourself enough. Entry level department for this company is always under staffed because management is terrible so it's a revolving door. No job security. Profit share is horrible.

Managers all were bipolar. Always passing the blame

If you could speak phillopino you had it made. If you were English forget it

Stressful. Very. Couldn't work fast enough

These so called leaders have no clue what is going on. Assuming workers are standing around when they are waiting for material. There are only a few office staff that care and know what is happening. They have walked out some office staff out the door but there are a couple more that should. The ones that appointed them selves to different positions. It’s no longer a fun place to work. 

A typical day at work was long and stressful and quiet.

I learned how to operate a plasma machine.

Management was alright, there but not when needed.

My co-workers were alright as well.

The hardest part of the job was following safety procedures in a place that didn't value safety.

The most enjoyable part of the job was getting the job done.

Good place to learn fitting, very professional craftsmanship. I learned to fit, management was great (IMO) workplace culture is good very diverse. Hardest part is learning by yourself but if you can read print you’ll do fine. Most enjoyable is the coworkers and the work itself 

Do not believe anything management says as they are liars.  You will get hired then within a couple of months, you will get laid off.  Management will tell you only lies to keep you employed.  No full-time work with no benefits.  Terrible!

Benefits are good, pay is only ok but if you are local and don’t have to commute it is better.  Management is not looking over your shoulder, this has its issues tho.  you need to be self motivated, productive, and solve your own problems.  Relaxed atmosphere, better to get it done right than fast.
