the people i worked with in normandin are really good at what they do but the supervisor and boss do a really poor job of managing the wharehouse and they treat the employees with a really big lac of respect in my oppinion. the salary is good but really under paid for what they ask you to lift and force you too lift, overall i would not apply here if i was you. good team members but really poorly managed

They are the best in the liberty of managing your own schedules. They are the best in maintaining all of their equipments. I would work there until retired but I moved out of the Province :-(.....I tried many companies (20 years experience) and they are the best I worked for....it will be hard for me to find another company like them, it’s hard for me to let them go

It's just a place to work hard and do the job your paid to do. wait for them to tell you where your working. Maybe unloading a van or working on second floor putting the pallets of stock in a spot and record where it is. maybe driving a lift truck to unload a van and put stock somewhere in the warehouse.

The Normandin family was the most loving and caring of all. They new personally everyone of their employee and no worker was considered anyless than the next. We were humans.

Transforce bought and it became all about numbers 

Unload vans that come in and place stock in proper place so that when an order to reload the stock can be found to reload for transport  to where it should be.

Takes an old-school approach to an evolving industry!!! Very selective experience doesn't count for much to manager. Has a personal criteria for hiring candidates!!!

Very good environment but too many days away from home.
Was hard for family life. 
But good place to work, good atmosphere, good managers and good communications.

Great company treated very well 
No stress as a driver let younpick your own route 
Always willing to help out 
Very clean equipment with garage open 24/7
