A typical shift for me was decent, but if something you bring along to help you avoid being bored and it distracts you, the managers will ban it from the workplace (like my iPad).

However, you need to be able to serve people and multi-task well, so if you can't do either of those well, find a job elsewhere. Management was regretful that they couldn't give me more notice (like an extra 2 days), but I didn't get the usual two weeks notice that I was going to be let go. They also don't do compromises that often.

If you work the night shift, you also don't get a break during your shift, but you instead get paid for a full eight hours.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Fairly easy and laid back job. Must be able to keep busy and sit for long hours even when there isn’t much to do. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The management not being consistent in rules from one employee to the next. Having to plead your case for a raise of any kind.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Saw some bullying among staff that was not dealt with by management.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Lots of talking and sitting with some computer work.

Just dont work here. Emotionally, physically and mentally draining

Management and the way things are run

Toxic. Some of your coworkers are good but everyone is stabbing each other behind their backs 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Painful, stressful, and demanding

Working as a front desk clerk was a lot of fun, I enjoyed every bit of it. I was good at every little detail and I would love to find myself in another position like this again. I met tons of great people, some checking in, and others that I worked with. The hardest part of the job would be when I'd get too many night shifts.

Nice coworkers with helpful management. Can be very busy and hot in the kitchen but the days go by fast. They're is quite a lot of movement available within the company. Hardest part of the job was working when a large banquet was going on. The best part was working with coworkers, who were kind and helpful.

Hardworking team with a great manager who very clearly cares about the job and the work involved, the owner of the hotel is unfortunately a big moron who doesn't care about his employees in the least bit.

All the people were awesome to work with! The regular customers made going to work every day fun. You become like family with your employees and management is fair and great to work for.

Great work environment with good coworkers. Pay is generally minimum wage with little opportunity for advancement.
The day managers have all been there for many years, so nights and weekends are the only shift options.

Very good people there, and was a great learning curve more my next experiences in life. Id advise anyone whod like to go into the industry of customer service to try that place out.

Abusive supervisor who has anger issues in housekeeping who yells at you and shames you. When discussed that she was abusive, she denied it and I was fired as a result.
