They pressure employees to work overtime with no pay. Culture is your expected not to talk to other employees and stay focused on recruiting students that you know won’t get a job. Only good place to work if you want to rip off students and the Government. A very unethical place to work for non professional people. Employers don’t hire NAC Graduates. All students who apply get accepted. Many cases of Graduates retaking the same program at recognized schools to gain employment. Many Graduates can’t speak fluent English. Majority of instructors are racist and hold no professional credentials. Many students go to this school to receive the Government funding and don’t go to class because they know Graduates don’t get jobs. Everyone knows these for profit schools only help the employer; not the students.

it's a fun way to work as an instructor and share my nursing knowledge with future health care providers. the management is considerable and co-workers are so supportive and very helpful. the hardest part of the job is that when you see the students having a hard time balancing their studies and home because most of them are parents and have part time jobs as well. as their instructor, I am an inspiration to them and that's the most enjoyable part of my job. becoming an inspiration and motivate them to pursue their studies for their better future and future for their families as well.

Pros
working in North American college gave me an opportunity to be more productive:
-0n the job training with supportive environment 
-work as directed in a reasonable hours after school
-additional accounting experience.

Cons
-limited time since it was only student assistant job

Friendly work environment. Must be responsible and need attention to details as the student counsellors are helping students with their education which will eventually help students to ensure a better future. Furthermore, students are provided with financial advise so that needs to be done carefully so that the students are fully aware regarding the offer.

Since employed, I have been encouraged and supported through out transition into my role, the faculty are kind respectful and friendly.  Very focus driven and committed to provided equal opportunity education to encourage student success!

NEED TO KNOW THE COMAPANY GOAL AND MAKE SURE YOU LEARN EVERYTHING IN A SHORTEST PERIOD. NEED TO BEE GOOD AND PUNCTUAL.MUST GO TO JOB IN TIME AND PROPER DRESS. EAT BETTER TO WORK BETTER. TAKE TWO TO THREE CUP OF COFEE WITH LOT OF SUGARS. TO KEEP YOU STAMINA AND INTEREST.

The boss was supportive and helpful. The school had active atmosphere on training and learning. They created multi-culture environment in the school. They hold Chinese new year party, Passover Feast and Eid al Fitr.

A good team work, enjoyed working over there

While working over there I was motivated to do PCP ( Payroll Compliance Practitioner) course from Canadian Payroll Association in 2007

Owners need to be  knowledable in the field of ECE.

It is important to have experience with business and how the childcare legislation is ruled out.  The staff have to be experienced

Work in a fast environment, provide technical support, software installation and hardware installation. Trouble the require solution of the customers problems.
