Interview was great superintendent and construction manager seemed great until I realized they had no idea what they were doing , couldn’t read blueprints , tried getting me to dig with no locates , sent to job with a not for construction print and a piece of paper with highliter lines for dig areas . Would pass the buck on to others to cover up their mistakes. Was let go while on a medical leave and used as a scapegoat for work that was done before I was employed there . I can’t speak on any of the other divisions there but they seem like they  are ran better . 

Definitely felt hopeless working here being the only person with common sense. Very hostile environment as they hire questionable people with little to no skill set. Definitely not worth the time or risk if you have other options.  

Fast growing company that is very ambitious with lost of room to grow. Great team to work with a range of skills and age groups. Definitely feel appreciated and acknowledged here. 

Will lie to your face to get you in the door, then cut you loose the second they don’t need you. 

They cant  be trusted if you have other options.

Great company with good culture and management. I enjoyed my time there, they treated me well and had good pay. A days work was enjoyable with good group of guys.
