Working for Northern has been, by far, the worst experience of my career. The offer of employment will tell you a date when you will have health benefits, but then it continuously gets pushed back. Harassment is not only tolerated amongst employees, but encouraged. When life emergencies happen, you'll be expected to prioritize work above family. Pays well, but absolutely not worth it. 

Really enjoyed  being there   so many different work situations to learn  not boring the equipment is well maintained and what I enjoyed was at the end of each shift time to get it ready for next day

The people, the wages and equipment.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Long hours and away from family quite a bit.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fun, family style business with international ownership

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Long and steady. Coffee is always on and ready

I'm an operator. I do 16hours or more a day. This is a seasonal job. I get along good with my co-workers. I don't mind doing long days but here in New Brunswick the wages is not the best plus I do not get any benefit. I know my job very good the supervisors don’t need to worry about my work it’s always done right. I would like to go work out West with camp and fly in fly out accommodation. Benefit would be great.

Good pay scale food and travel 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
High expectations for speed and attentive skills and attention to coordination 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Dirty and dusty and hot conditions 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Productive and fast with no downtime

Great team, great people to work with, great work-life balance, good pay and awesome benefits.

I felt welcomed from day one and ever since. Northern offers a variety of employments in many different fields.

You surely find something for you at Northern to build your career.

If you hate being home, never want time for family, and don’t have the need for appointments, then this is the job for you! 
To them you are replaceable! Any personal crisis or any situation you are in is null! No assistance, no help and no care about your well being! you definitely do not matter. 


This company views its employees as there main asset along with providing them the right tools to perform. 
They value safety as there number one objective and  allows growth within the company. 

It's mainly seasonal work, your on the road alot but they put you up in nice clean places   the meal allowance is good, wages are more than fair and most of the co workers are great

2 thumbs up. The conditions were amazing.  They knew you by name. It's a great company to work for.  I was compansated very well and talked to everyone like we've know each other for years
