The actual job it’s self is great.
Most all of the customers are great. 
The vehicle compensation was absolutely horrible. My territory was about 2500km a month. Compensation per month might get you a rental for two or three days if your vehicle ever broke down. They do offer a fuel card and company phone.
Make sure to keep track of all your overtime hours. I went six pay checks with no overtime compensation and when I finally said “where is my OT.” They said “oh we don’t know how that happened yes you need your compensation for that.” Not one hour later my job was posted on this site.
If you take this job make sure you always follow their company name on this site to see if they post your position. If they do you’re very likely going to be replaced. I had one of their long time current employees tell me that.
The HR person (who seems like a wonderful person) is married to the owner. It’s very hard to feel like you can be confidential with a set up like that.
You’re GPS tracked with an app for your phone that they require you to have.
And they constantly post on their company site how they only have to pay minimum this and minimum that because that’s all they are required to pay. It’s very micro managed. There is a quarterly bonus program but is a low three digit number and just barely doubles to a four digit number if some how you exceed in unrealistic sales goals. Possibly attainable in some large city territory but not realistic in my territory.

60-80 % of your day you are moving product in to stores. Had almost two weeks of hands on training with a few of the senior drivers. Positions Monday to Friday with weekend and most Stats off. You have your next days assignment before end of your work shift with your list of stops. No coverage if your sick or have to take day off so someone gets to take the extra shift.

Not a great place to work 
The pay is not great you are covering a large area in your personal vechicle running the miles up. You get paid for mileage it is pennies compared to what they want you to drive. You get a gas card about the only perk the pay is alot lower compared to other companies considering what they want you to drive. The turn around rate in workers in this company is insane. 

the owner doesnt care about anyone but himself. Acts like a child and will throw a tantrum over anything. I was never given the help needed to suceed or the tools. Equipment was always falling apart and any money spent was a bother. Stay away.

Management will never be around when needed.  The staff turn over says it all
From warehouse to salesmen. The people who fill the shelves.  It will bring you down in all area of your life 

As a sales rep, they expect very highly of you, with very little to no support from the management team. Management is very poor with communication with any staff members not in the immediate Grande Prairie Area. Would not recommend.

The mangement is a sick joke they don’t care for there employees nor do they care for anything actually you are constantly micromanaged and forced to work and unreal speed they don’t train anyone or show anyone anything and they never will 

This job was a good environment, had an awesome office dog who was the sweetest. The office space was quite large and everyone helped each other if needed.

Poor management!  No HR department so if you have a complaint, there is nobody to complain to!  Owner is not a nice person.  Caused stress in the office with everybody!

i loved the work and learnt a lot and gained experience that i am extremely grateful for. but unfortunately there was some tension in the office you could feel, other than that, was good.
