I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a truly remarkable workplace, and I am delighted to share my review. This exceptional workplace not only exceeded my expectations but also set a new standard for what a great working environment should be like.

From the moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The physical space was well-designed, with plenty of natural light, comfortable seating areas, and vibrant decor that fostered creativity and productivity. The attention to detail was evident, from the well-maintained plants to the inspiring artwork on the walls.

What truly sets this workplace apart is its emphasis on employee well-being. The management clearly understands the importance of work-life balance and has implemented various initiatives to support their employees' physical and mental health. There were designated relaxation areas, where employees could unwind and recharge during breaks. Additionally, the availability of healthy snacks and beverages throughout the office demonstrated their commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Just wanted to take the time out to show my appreciation and Gratitude to the Guys at Northern Force Security. Coming in with little to no Security experience, the guys definitely took a chance on me and I’m forever grateful. Within a year the guys helped to groom me, not only into a skilled Security guard, but equipped me with the right tools and skills to become a Site Supervisor. You Guys are an Exceptional Group of guys to work for and with. I hope to keep learning and reaching new heights with the NFS team.

Overnight Shift
Nothing they don't teach they will complain toward you,
Management worst not paying attention on the schedule and when they wrong they will put blame on you and you got terminated,

Northern Force is extremely welcoming from the first day. The management team support you from the first day and provide every opportunity to get hours and necessary training. The company is also growing so more opportunities will always be available for those that are showing initiative and willingness to learn. Highly recommend working for this company.

Company is constantly expanding so there's always a position or role to experience. Management is there to insure your success. Hours are mostly available if one needs to pick up more shifts, just ask and the management team does it's best to find you those extra hours and at the same time making sure you're not burning yourself out.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They expect you to work 12 + hours shifts with minimum breaks.  They claim they might offer you job at rhe end but it's a lie just to use and get rid of you at the end. All they do is racist things to their employees and pay you cheaply and use you. I will report them to the labor board when I get my money at the end

When i came in i had  zero experience and also being a student i could only work certain hours beside all this they took me in. Overall it has been a great journey so far, the management understands you and help you  in every possible way. Also there are great opportunities for growth.

So it's been many months working with this company. 
It has the best work environment which one should have. The management is up to the point. They listen to each and every of your problem and try to find a perfect way out. They pay well. Growth chances are way to more than others companies.

Judgmental environment with lack of Leadership

Would recommend to beginners' who are new to the industry and need experience.





Long hours horrible pay scheduler is not very good have to work most over night hours when you start  Most of the employees are Russian and speak and Hebrew Even when in meetings with other people that don't understand people that don't understand Hebrew are shunned
