What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy . But manageable.   
Lots of emails and reports .

A typical day here starts with a team meeting usually, can be about work or just appreciating the efforts from the week before or just raising the morale of the team. The managers are part of the team and very friendly and helpful.
The most enjoyable part of the job is meeting and interacting with all kinds of people, building new connections and knowing the customers.

Really enjoying the work that I am responsible for and am making friendships within the organization.  Great work life balance.  Management is friendly and easy to approach and ask questions.  The hardest part of the job is trying to learn the names of all the other employees as the organization is rather large.  The most enjoyable part of the job is the satisfaction of a job well done at the end of the day. 

                                                                                                                                                                                                        

I enjoy working at Northstar Ford, everyone is friendly and helpful.  Management is great and they really want you to exceed in your position, providing you with the tools you need to accomplish that.  They truly care about their employees and customers, as I am a customer as well.  Looking forward to spending many years with Northstar Ford.

Absolutely the best team of managers and co-workers; many of which will be life long friends.  The amount of understanding and support is above and beyond.
