I have been with northwest Lexus for well over 8 month and I believe its one of the best places I have had the opportunity to work, everyone is extremely helpful from upper management, everyone is willing to help you for you to succeed, they have a lots of room to grow with the company, which is fantastic for anyone who wants to this to be a career.

I was washing cars which wasn't a career for me.  I was doing complimentary washes as well as detailing for customers who paid for the package.  The management was okay but a little hard at times.  I've learned how to keep my own vehicle clean/detailed at all times.  The most enjoyable part of the job was when it was ready to go home.

Their Vision and growth will propel Policaro to great heights.. They Definitely care about their employees.. They provide all the training to make you successful. Upper Management is very involved with the Dealerships and are very knowledgeable of ALL Departments... They strive to have a proper work/life Balance

I really thought the Brand was great management is not especially upper management they do not appreciate their staff. Owners were great just miss managed . They have a lot of great people working for them hate to see them being mistreated.

I loved my time at Lexus however the drive to and from Brampton just did not make it cost effective for me to continue to work there. Management was fair and very helpful, they are a very busy dealership so be prepared to have a full plate every day, multi tasking is key.

Management and colleagues are supportive and care are about your personal and professional life. Overall, great company to work with for growth and develop your skills.
