Great coworkers and supervisors, manager was a little militant but everything was great otherwise. Learned a lot of tricks and new skills to add to what I already know. The hardest part of the job was working with new employees who had to be trained, slowed down production. Most enjoyable part of the job was teaming up with ambitious workers like myself and appreciating our work when it was complete.

Working as a warehouse associate at Footprint Products through Nova Staffing was a highly rewarding experience. The work was engaging, and the management team was incredibly supportive, always available to provide guidance. The collaborative atmosphere among colleagues made every day enjoyable. This experience taught me the importance of efficient time management in a fast-paced environment. Overall, it was a valuable opportunity to grow both personally and professionally, and I'm grateful for the experience.

Once they put you into a workplace you're yesterday's news. Office staff often don't reply to calls and texts. You get bounced from one recruiter to another so no one gets to know you to match you with good jobs


IF you get laid off and there is no work for you in a reasonable area, be aware you have to ask for your vacation payout BEFORE applying for EI.  This is something Nova doesn't tell you.  No ROE without the payout and you get screwed then by EI as it will count as income earned while collection benefit. 

Good place that can help you find a job that pay your bills temporarily until you find a full time job. Got a call and immediate start date, and pray that you get placed with a good company/employer. Staff were  very helpful. Thank you for being part of my career journey!

They do not care about the temps they send out to work through them. The office staff lack phone etiquette and sound like they are miserable. When hiring you they are so nice but after that they do not care

very poor communication and do not care about new applicants. You will ask question and it will be answered by different question from other side and such random one.

It was a good experience overall to work for Nova Staffing. I learned the experience of multitasking and plenty of phone skills.I enjoyed working with my supervisor and the rest of the staff members.

Showed up for a schedule interveiw with Nova Staffing. Nobody was there. They sent me to the wrong building and didn't try and rebook when I called them.  Super unprofessional
