Novozymes Canada is a great company to work for - good salary - good benefits - very people oriented - very safety conscious. My job entails greeting the public, scheduling meetings, setting up conference calls, posting mail, control of security access card system and an abundance of other administrative tasks as required. 
The most enjoyable part of my job is the people interaction. I work with a very positive and dynamic group of people. I also benefit from meeting the public on a daily basis. I am very much a people oriented person and enjoy helping and assisting in others daily activities.

Productive, secure area, full furnished lunch room, amazing workers, good benefits, extra-activities given by Novozymes to their workers, good management, take care of workers, the job is little hard in production during the busy periods (September to May) but, after, it is relaxed.
for the job, it is rotation so, you will not do the same thing in the week. The managers try to be fair for the all employees in production.

I have worked for NZ for over 5 years. I have alwayes been treated fairly with respect. Very good benefits in Canada and resonable pay. Great development oppertunities but threr are not many oppertunities to advance your carrier if you are not in headquarters. 

Supervisory management lacks basic decision making skills and holds no accountability for work performed between shifts. Major ethical issues exist surrounding employee advancement, training opportunities, and production control points. 

lots of cleaning to do each day before during and after production every body helps each other and get on well with each other with it being such a  small work group if a problem arises during the day management will come out into the factrory and work with you to solve the problem the most enjoyable part of the day is going home

- Hardest part of the job was the first week as it took time to know how to start
- We often had meal together that was so good to get to know colleagues more

Novozymes is really a great place to work.  I have been able to really expand my project and people management skills here.  Being a global company, my internal network reaches around the globe and I am in contact with colleagues all over the world.
