Now Newspaper

I worked for the newspaper when I was a kid and this job taught me many things for example the basics of work and the value of money. This job is a really good starter job or maybe a hobby just to get out of the house. The pay feels very low and this job makes you feel more self employed since there is no one watching or monitoring you. They give you the papers in front of your house and then they leave.

A Good Morning would do. I learned to prefect my computer skills working along side my co-workers. Management of good nature. Though a couple of co-workers could have used a relaxing vacation, most had been friendly and helpful. Hardest part of the job was leaving it. Most enjoyable are the faces you remember.

A typical day at work would be opening up, checking messages on answering machine, doing revenue reports, responding to emails, doing the mail each day

easy job, all you had to do was deliver newspapers thats about it. not stressful at all, anybody can do the job. didnt take too long and could easily fit in between ur schedule if ur looking for some ways to make more money without having to do alot of paper work or tax returns or pay stub stuff because you dont need t to deal with if youre a news paper carrier.

Usually takjes about an hour and a half to do the 116 houses on my paper route, so when I get home from school I can complete the route fairly quickly and move onto homework.

Great job, always available for me whenever i had any questions and were always very nice on the phone. Great job to have to bring in some money here and there.

it was a good first job for me. it definitely was not going to be permanent. it was just a first job for me to make some money. but it's a good first job for younger kids

I did this job as a kid so it isn't something I can talk too much about. However, it did keep me very disciplined and made sure I was very punctual and always on top of everything.

I had this job when I was about 13 years old. The pay was too minimal for me to consider the amount of effort I put into it worth while.

I would go to certain houses weekly and deliver the latest newspapers at their doors. With this job I've learned to be very responsible and serious with my work.
