This job is well paid and provides nice benefits to the workers. A typical day at work is about manufacturing products and ship them inside trucks. I would say the hardest part of the job is to keep up with the very fast pace introduced by management with a very firm fist and harsh talk. I would say the unionized lazy culture of the staff is what makes it the hardest to stay and work there for and extended period of time. They will push you to the limits of the possible to bring up production as you try to earn your way in.

Work was sort of hard because we were short on personnel before. But as the they hired more people, workload is starting to be distributed properly. The management is doing their best to improve the the experience of the workers. 
One of the best thing I can say about this company based on my experiences on my previous jobs is that the employer is personally interacting to their employees. Listening  to their opinions and showing compassion to them. 



Great learning experience but very hard and demanding. Long hours as it is a just in time 24/7 operation. Great in terms of learning to follow procedures and operations. Very demanding employers but they know what they are doing as their experience is something to draw from.

Enjoyable place to work at. I have a good amount of responsibilities with plenty of room to grow. The team is very nice and welcoming. There's music in the office and delicious coffee which is very pleasant. The offices are new and very clean. Deadlines can get a little tight at times which can cause a bit of stress.

If you want to be screamed at for no reason this is the place to be.  No respect from owners, and a lot of people treats staff like idiots and tells them.  No time to breath.  Staff don’t stay long because they don’t have a personal life-  a lot of stress working in that environment.   No team spirit, no help, never have fun in this place. Worst place ever.

This company will push you to your limits in order to achieve your maximum potential. You will learn a lot of things, but you have to endure the pressure and stress. 
Prepare yourself because every single day is a challenge, you just have to be resilient. 
Overall, the learning and experience will be greatly beneficial to your career.

This place is a absolute joke. There is so much negatives to write that i could issue a novel.Do yourself a favor do not a apply at this mess. There are always job postings for this company because they treat their employees like garbage and cant keep their staff.

Very good company. Pay attention to the health of employees.
The work is very busy. If you want, you have a lot of overtime.
Salaries are competitive.
The management is friendly and patient.


You are told that you will work 40 hours per week but my God it’s almost twice the time.
You are supposed to know everyone’s Job. Sometimes you will be left alone to do like 4 persons job. When a mistake occur naturally because it’s insane to do these insane hours, they blame you
