Unsafe work conditions and issues with safety are not taken seriously. Outdated processes are maintained for the sake of appearances while causing bottlenecks, waste product, and contributing to unsafe practices. Management does not value your time: you will be arbitrarily written up for new rules or attendance but managers will constantly expect you to come in early, stay late, to cover other positions after your shift, or to come in on weekends. They will fire experienced workers without cause and without warning and untrained employees will have to pick up the slack without picking up any additional pay. There is a clear divide between the factory workers and the front office workers that management does not try to discourage: GMP rules apply differently based on your 'class' even in the same areas on the same task.

Starts out great but goes down hill fast. At the beginning there is a lot of fluff about company culture “we’re a family” do not buy into this lie. Safety concerns are not taken seriously. The CEO and founder has zero compassion for employees and almost no prior knowledge in running a manufacturing business. Extremely high turnover rate and rushed training. Little compensation for heavy strenuous work. This employer will not have your best interest at heart. I would air on the side of caution before accepting a job for this company

For the first time in my employment history I actually feel like I am truly appreciated. I love the feeling of being an integral part of a team, not just an individual employee. Production can be fast paced and hard work sometimes. However everyone pulls together and helps each other out in order to accomplish our goals. Since the beginning of my employment at NFC I have been rewarded multiple times for my hardwork. I will be forever greatful for the opportunity that the company has given me.

The packaging  team leader  is the best . 
She should  be the supervisor. 


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Don't ever  mention  that your sick 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They don't like u if you talk in different  languages.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Don't matter  how hard you work  for this company  and how much  over time u do they don't don't care  .

After almost 3 full years with Nuts For Cheese I fully appreciate this company and all that it stands for.  They strive for inclusivity, a healthy  work/life balance and a positive working environment. I love that every department works together everyday to accomplish our goals.  I look forward to being part of this team each and everyday. 

I cannot emphasize enough how high the turnover is at this company. People are fired randomly, all the time. Most of the people who are not fired end up quitting. Management is either chaotic or absent. Communication from management is poor and not transparent. Expectations extend far beyond the job description for many employees, without extra pay. 


Nuts For Cheese is an all around amazing company to work for! 
They have a very inclusive work environment. I’ve felt like a part of the team from the very start. The work life balance for this company is very important to them. Being in a leadership role, I’ve found that my voice is being heard to those in all positions. I’m so happy to be growing with this company and watching it flourish.

Managers and owner are nitpicky, unprofessional, and unreliable while also not having the experience and knowhow to run a safe and clean production environment. 

Very high turn over, staffing issues due to consistent lay offs and firings, and you are demanded to work long past your shift time to make up for these issues. 



I’ve never worked for a manufacturer where the sales and production sides of the company are pulling in the same direction to achieve results. It’s enormously rewarding to be a member of such a talented and dedicated team. I can bring my whole self to work here in a way that I never have in my seventeen plus years in the working world. 

This job started off great but quickly became a high turn over job.  No proper training, lack of management, high expectations beyond job description with no compensation.  Paranoid and incompetent HR and management.  Good workers are fired at random .  No room to move up in company
