Horrible mental health support. Would rather sweep employees who ask for help under the rug instead of offering support. Poor communication across the board, from management to coworkers. Low pay compared to what they bring in, and no benefits. 

Loved my time with O2 Canada/O2 Industries. It was really rewarding to be a part of the team since the early days and watch it grow to what it became. The pandemic was a wild ride, full of ups and downs, and we learned so much as a team.  

Worked in the product development team since May, I really love the company culture and the support I receive from management. I have learned a lot of industry specific information and developed my lab skills. 

The company does not pay on time
Low pay for high position 
CEO failed to delivery his promise. Initially he offered company share package to employees but never delivers it.
