At first glance, the management team presents a welcoming and family-oriented environment. However, over time, several concerns may become apparent. Staff have reportedly been told that their employment is replaceable and that management views themselves as financially responsible for employees’ livelihoods. In some instances, employees seeking work-life balance have been advised to consider employment elsewhere, including in fast food roles, rather than at this organization.

The work culture involves a high level of micromanagement. Employees are expected to log and submit detailed records of daily tasks in Excel for managerial review, which can create a sense of mistrust rather than collaboration. In cases of workplace incidents or conflicts, investigations often lack objectivity, with management appearing to support the initial report without conducting a thorough or fair inquiry.

There are also concerns regarding compliance with labor standards, specifically in the area of overtime pay, which by law should be compensated at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate but is reportedly not consistently honored.

Upon termination, employees may be asked to sign a non-disclosure waiver in exchange for receiving severance or outstanding compensation. This has created a perception of pressure to remain silent about internal practices. Additionally, expectations around availability can be demanding, with staff often expected to respond to communications after working hours and on weekends.

Since the center’s opening, there has been a high staff turnover rate, and there have been multiple prior labor-related complaints. Went through the interview process, slowly felt more and more suspicious about the clinic and the management process. Felt very rushed and when I spoke with the physician he very outwardly spoke down to me. Still was offered the job and then was completely ghosted upon accepting position. Would definitely stay away. 

It’s is very bad, management is really bad causing many issues, would not recommend it to any of the nurses. If the the management changes it is a good place
