I took on many positions at Opinion Search, one of the many things I enjoyed about working there was that I worked almost every entry-level position in that call centre. In my final position at the company, as scheduler, I was to collect, organize, and supervise interviewers' schedules based on timelines, required resources, and order of required tasks, and responsibilities of each project.

I learned a lot about the market research industry when I worked at Opinion Search, and I learned how to navigate calls in order to effectively complete surveys, which were, for the most part, voluntary from the respondents. I also learned certain supervisory duties that I had not had the opportunity to learn in any previous employment.

The management was great. I enjoyed working under all of my bosses and they were very friendly, approachable, and helpful. They had my best interests in mind and helped me flourish in the company.

My co-workers were also great. I had a great working environment. In call centres, you tend to get this motley crew of individuals working with you, from different backgrounds and walks of life, and it was great to interact with all of these different kinds of people. Although the turnover rate was relatively high in the call centre, I did manage to establish some enduring connections with some of my co-workers.

The hardest part of the job was the ever-changing quotas that I would have to adapt to in order to reach my mark at the end of each week. This wasn't actually all that difficult, but, at times, it was rather frustrating. At times, this would be challenging, but I was able to meet my goals, regardless.

The most enjoyable part of my day was interacting with different individuals, whether they were respondents, clients, management, or co-workers. It was always a pleasure to be paid to talk to people on a daily basis.

Opinion search is an excellent job for those seeking supplementary income or require a job where they can select their schedules accordingly. At opinion search i enjoyed the many professional relationships i established with the many highly motivated co-workers of whom i was very lucky to meet.

At opinion search i was able to learn about patience, perseverance and developing a thick skin on the job. Furthermore i learned to deal with many different personalities from my co-workers and the many respondents I've dealt with on the phone. 

The hardest part of the job is the repetitive tasks and lack of a challenging environment, in addition to that there are times when respondents can be downright rude, insensitive and verbally abusive.

Overhaul, I was pleased with the flexible hours which were offered. 
A normal work day takes place smoothly. You arrive in the office and you are appointed a particular project based on your level of training. I've learned how to adapt to any given age group that I needed to interview. I had to adopt good time management strategies to be able to work the maximum hours required of me and complete my school work. My co-workers were very diverse, ranging from students to mature young professionals attending part time and full time. The hardest part of the job was keeping up with the ever changing paste of the projects. At the same time, it challenged and kept me motivated for the job. The most enjoyable part of the job was the opportunity that it gave me to get to know and understand different perspectives and ideologies that people have and opened my horizon of thoughts in the process.

This job was great for students and newcomers because it provided training as well as flexible hours.  Although this job required the employees to sit in front of a computer all day, it was not overwhelming or fast paced, however there was a quota that each employee was required to fulfill in order to be considered in good standing.  this job taught me how to communicate with different individuals, how to interview in a professional manner, it also taught me professionalism, patience and improved my interviewing skills, I was able to listen, ask and answer various questions that clients had.  Thus, this was a great job to improve one's skills and increase one's experience.

Opinion Search is a market research company. A typical day at Opinion Search consists of the following: Signing in with one of your supervisors on which they give you a specific project. They proceed on giving you the instructions of this project following your desk number. After, you wait for calls and try to persuade people to do your survey. What I learned from this company is excellent communication skills. The most enjoyable part of the job was that the actual job wasn't hard itself. The hardest part of the job was the management. The management weren't friendly people at all. They made me feel bad every time I went to work for no reason. It's not a happy place to work at.  

Can get repetitive but the time passes by fast. Surveys are very long sometimes. Others are much easier. The pay is minimum but there is chance to make extra money on commission. The hours are stable, and you make you own schedule every week. 
They will push you to be as productive as possible. 
Need to stay positive and alert. 
They shifts can be long sometimes (double shifts) but they give enough times for breaks, you take them when you want and it's a relax environment, a lot of young people work there. 
Easy to balance with other jobs or school because you can make your schedule every week

At opinion search I learned to deal with all sorts of clients over the phone. It was a challenge to get busy people in the middle of their office work to take time for a survey but with the three P's (politeness,proffesional and perserverence ) I succeeded to get through to the hardest customers, I mostly enjoyed the comfort of the work place and my flexible schedual. I learned different techniques in customer service that advantaged me in my other jobs as well.

I can remember a typical day being to come in and read a clear briefing sheet.
I remember sanitizing the equipment, desk and computer.
-I remember conducting the phone interviews and enjoying every minute.
-I learned quickness, to work with respondents.
-The most enjoyable aspect of the work was achieving high results on a project.

Working at opinion search was a very fun and sociable job. I have learned to socialize with our clients, and listen to their opinions and ideas on our surveys. My co-workers were very helpful when i needed guidance and when i was having trouble. The hardest part working their was getting an angry client or trying to satisfy our customers when something was wrong. I've learned to keep calm and I enjoyed helping our clients at the end of the day.

Opinion search is a great work establishment with flexible hours and a laid back environment. Entry level jobs start out with telephone interviewer roles with opportunities to advance. Though there are occasions when hours our limited a tier system is in place to give hours to the most productive employee. Overall opinion search in s great place to work in
