OSL Bell Canada

Bell is a great company but Management running OSL is running a very toxic and authorititorian environment that maybe Bell is not aware of,  which is very unhealthy and very unproductive specially for the new inexperienced salespeople. They should be looked into on as to how they put enormous pressure on everyone to perform and produce even to the most productive salespeople over there, especially with the tone and kind of language they use to achieve results. I wonder if Bell is aware of how OSL operates, it gives a very bad impression to Bell not OSL because they are not employed by Bell but they're not they are employed by OSL under OSL rules and policies not Bell's.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The co workers. Management when I was there was terrible 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The management. They have no clue what they’re doing. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
People on my team and the other teams were very friendly. Management is very toxic

Difficult job, but doable if you work hard. You get paid very well for your efforts. Lots of personal freedom to operate as you see best. Supportive management.

Loved my job and the company. Management motivates. No medical consideration. Door to door with longer hours of work. No work-life balance. Work politics. 

Everyone was very welcoming with open arms. Willing to help others succeed and grow as a sales consultant. Management was extremely helpful in an issues you were to face.

Started in Sept.2020 and have enjoyed my time there.  Professional treatment and good group of people have your back.  If you need anything you just have to ask.

Don't take me wrong company is awesome however the people at the top are just not good, they pretend to show a great culture however its always about client and numbers
