A very friendly and accommodating management team,  with positive atmosphere and awesome work culture. Team members are incredibly helpful, always hands-on and always there to support you, get to behold good relationships with coworkers and make great friends. Lots of opportunities for growth and every area is fun(spacious sports area including several badminton courts, basketball and volleyball courts)! An amazing experience, strongly recommend working at OTT if given the chance.

Great place to grow and develop yourself. The colleagues are nice and you can get support from them. The supervisor is easy to communicate with. Also, the colleagues are in all ages and with different backgrounds so you can make friends off work. The employee benefits are good and salary/commission is competitive.

There is a noticeable lack of trust from upper management, which can impact team dynamics. Additionally, the work involves frequent emergency responses, suggesting a need for better planning and organisation.

I really loved working for OTT. The environment keeps you driven. Very fair pay (maybe lower at the beginning, but get promotion regularly as long as you work hard), and the company as a whole wants to see you succeed and doesn’t let you sit stagnant in your role.  Lots of learning opportunities. Decent support from colleagues. Potential to learn about multiple things.

good location in North York. the colleagues are very friendly and kind to help. the company starts several new internet and high-tech businesses which are popular in USA and China. so you will have diverse job duties, learn many skills and knowledge in different positions.

The working hours are reasonable, I can learn a lot here, and the managers are also very good, who will teach you to keep a positive and optimistic attitude. No matter what difficulties there are, this company is like home, always give you some warmth and support.
