This is a temp agency so depending on your availability, transportation and skills they will try to match you and others with available client assignments. It can be days between assignments if you don't have a car or have a preference to be closer to your city.

They don't have any control over how clean a work site and not all clients are great although On Demand takes your feedback seriously.

I have worked with On Demand for 2 years now and through them I was able to find full time work with one of there clients. Andrea is part of the office staff and she has always been  respectful, helpful and always available to answer any questions. She communicates with all staff on a daily basis to confirm net day shifts and to give any updates on any changes. Pay is weekly and they have numerous amount of jobs.

I have learned several hands on skills working at Pinty's. I have worked independently as well with others. I have learned many jobs at the fast pace required when working in such an environment. I would like to work in a place with more room for advancement as well as a schedule that is more set not just day to day.

I arrived and constantly had to ask people what to do and follow people around and help them out as I was not even instructed how and where to clock in after checking in at the security office. Very confusing and very unorganized, they just wanted me to polish the silverware all day 

They work hard trying to match you up with a job. They make sure that you are qualified for the placement that you will be going to. And if at anytime you feel that the job is not for you, they will find other employment that is more matched for your qualifications.

worst job i have had they dont care about there employees no schedule what so ever and is a miserable work environment there is no enjoyable part of the job and your on your feet all day slouching over a conveyor belt in a freezing cold room

Work was long but it was well worth it. they are tentative and helpful, also if you don't have a ride at all they will do car-pooling for you. Every two weeks you would have to collect your cheque.
They almost instantly have call jobs for you.

Everyone here is relaxed and accommodating. Ready to help and assist you. 
The management is friendly and helpful. 
We are a small group of people and so you get the opportunity to work on every aspect of the company and learn more.

on demand is a temporary staffing company with a carpool service that comes right off of your check they have multiple job sites to choose from and are overall a good employer.

The pay is really good and better than most places. The people you work with make you comfortable, although the head supervisors can be mean and harsh. If you are hardworking, you might like the place
