Direction changes every day making expectations unrealistic. You are made to feel disposable. Any issues or problems not in your control or your fault are your fault. You are blamed for everything, and threatened constantly. In consistent pay with commission constantly lowered. 

Company lacks leadership and culture. 


The working environment and colleagues are very friendly. You can learn a lot. The working atmosphere is great. If you like fashion, you should enjoy working here.
