If you are a developer, you will work on a Scrum team with the rituals that are related with that. You might end up suffocated by the following of those rituals without any flexibility - Scrum is interpreted very literally by this company. I would sometimes think that my team was more worried about delivering story points than real value. Their office - when not on quarantine - is very well located downtown. Mostly relaxed environment. Don't expect any promotion or leadership roles when you are not a male Caucasian without an accent: company is only diverse on low hierarchy level roles.

What is the best part of working at the company?
It used to be fun to work there with good people.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Now they are in a period of continuous layoffs since 2021.   To make matters worse, management has started to use layoffs as a weaponizing and terrorizing tool for improved employee performance.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
no longer pleasant and managers like to show who is boss

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
endless meetings when nothing gets accomplished

Teams operate in silos. Lack of transparency in communication is very evident. Senior Leadership is unable to communicate what functional strategy ( forget overall business strategy). With never-ending layoffs, employees have lost confidence in the leadership team to lead the company. Lack of prioritization in projects is quite evident. Career development is adhoc and arbitrary.

Keep up and always make sure work is up to the mark

Excellent work culture, very attentive managers and leadership

Calm and peaceful most of the days

-Flexible work week
-Work autonomously, but still feel good working with a team; I have a good manager who encourages and motivates
-A lot of self-learning but challenged to go out and learn what the job entails

Productive and great work life balance
Supportive management and great team collaboration. Culture and growth is one of the best. Other benefits are attractive 

Very disorganized and job function changed alot after i joined them. That caused me to leave soon after I joined.
Even interview questions had nothing to do with the actual kob

Good people, the culture was fun to begin with and now there has been many changes. Promotions not based on metrics or merit. Not competing with others in the space anymore

I like the env, ppl are helpful, and work life balance is great. team building events are great, ,meetings are controlled. dailies can be fun also. all is goodd
