This company is a leach and will suck the life and money out of you every chance it gets. This company has zero ethics in all levels of it being, zero compassion, and promotes laziness and underachieving! Do your worst and you’ll be okay, no worries about getting fired, so that’s a bonus, 🤷‍♂️
Health & Safety are a complete joke as well! I’d like to see a Real Health and Safety officer come thru and check out this company. One that isn’t being paid off that is!

Something breaking then only half fixed just to get you by then never gets fixed fully

The administration management are great, they work hard a lot of responsibility, workers try but expectation is very high, you can work hard if you want but no reward. No real afterwork interaction,
But they are all a happy group to each other. 
Not a lot of co-operation between groups, you do stand alone if you try to do things better,  

Should have been better,
Could have been a lot worst.

The culture has gone downhill ever since people from Brazil took over the management. The nice slogans are just there to fool employees. Nepotism and favoritism are the themes. There are bosses, but don't expect any leadership as there is none.

If you are looking for a workplace that is fair and has managers who know how to work together with people, please check elsewhere.

A great place to work , good environment and the working atmosphere is very good as well .
 I have learned lots of new stuf from this work experience , for example working with us steel and arcelor

The early owners of Metcan were the worse managers I ever seen, always insulting their colleagues, screaming, ranting, etc. Very low wage for high skill works (i.e. Autocad software skills, drafting + design). The salary was 10.00$/hour. Thanks God, I don't work over there anymore !

Hardest part of the job was the unknown as to what was happening in regards to possible sale of company.  Good people, just under-utilized.

The company would be an excellent place to be if it were left in the hands of the production supervisor. Unfortunately there is so much corporate red tape and politics that almost nothing ever gets done or accomplished.

Love working there!! Great workers. Management amazing. Bonus is nice. Benefits as well!! Short distance to work.

Do not work for this company . The management has no idea how to treat their employees . No respect. No wages , I’m being laid off soon after 3years . Got told we were getting laid off last summer !
