People and the culture of the company is great.
You can tell that management values their employees and they give you opportunities to grow.
It is fast paced, which is great, because you never can get bored.

Pros:

Cons:
-Lack of communication
-Poor overall planification & organization
-Too many managers (contradicting eachother)
-Micromanagement
-Seemed to start off as a nice little company but became a very toxic environment (in certain departments)
-People call eachother "Family" but point fingers for blame or throw each other under the bus
-Small and tight parking lot
-Unpaid overtime becomes an expectation
-Lunch breaks are not encouraged
-No yearly reviews or raises




Ove Decors in growing company that is gaining market share every single day.  Great team, great environment and OVE as yet to achieve its full potential.   Like with any companies in growing mode, there's some growing pains that comes with it. But the willingness of the leadership team to address those challenges head on and create positions to fill those needs is remarkable.

Since joining the company, my experience has been very positive. The coworkers are genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made it easy to feel part of the team right from the start. 
The leadership is incredibly approachable; it is an environment were asking questions and giving opinions feels natural. 
It has been a great place to work with a great atmosphere and culture. I would recommend it to anyone considering joining the team.

Was hired as a salesperson.  I have never seen so much nepotism, toxicity and dysfunction in a company.  Owners are hypocrites and two-faced, they promise they'll give you the tools to work with, 1 month into my position I didn't even have business cards.

Their products are cheaply made and overpriced, giving their clients b.s. stories about the quality of their product and having their clients feel disillusioned about the whole purchase.
