I really couldn't ask for more from a company. They make you feel completely heard, they want your ideas, always striving for improvement, ensure that the right structure and processes are in place so no one is guessing at how to deliver to their work... but more importantly, this company never falls stagnant. 
I've been here for 8years and I absolutely love it. We have a lot of staff with tenure ranging from 10yrs all the way to 25yrs. The things that the owners do to make us each feel special and also to add excitement and flare throughout the year, I am grateful to be part of such a priceless work family. 
The group camping trips and planned boat rides, summer-time barbecues (for clients and staff), lots of pot lucks, afterhours mingling, year end parties + games, random surprises and treats throughout the year... the list goes on. They also make sure that they take the community into consideration and proudly raise money for the designated charity of choice on an ongoing basis. PC Corp feels like my second home.

The Edmonton office:
The co-owner is relatable, friendly and straight forward. She likes things a certain way but will give you clear directions. Always people willing to help you with anything you are doing to help ensure success. They don't set you up to fail and give you every opportunity to succeed. Lots of room for growth. I can't speak to the service or sales team but the over all office environment is 'you need to be an adult, work together, not gossip, and pull you weight'. If you do that, then it's the best environment. Pay isn't crazy and the benefits are standard, but the culture makes up for it. If you want to love going to work every day then this is the place for you! I have seen people being rude or snarky twice, both times management got involved and shut it down. The employee Christmas party and other events through the year make up for the lower pay scale.

When I started working there, I loved the culture the owner had created. Over time, one manager in particular got more authority than they should have and they started throwing their weight around. This person is a very demanding type A personality. They were not my manager in any way and did not work with me in any way, yet somehow managed to critique my work and had opinions about tasks that they was no longer involved in. The person very much needed to be a part of everything yet always complained that they did not have enough time for their own work. Otherwise, the other members of management are wonderful, owner is an absolutely amazing woman and I LOVED working for her. Other staff were very nice as well, unfortunately moral is dropping fast because of the one over-reaching manager.

I worked as an contractor, doing basic computer setups.
They laid me off, a month before my actual contract expiration.
Never gave me a proper reason on to why, I was laid off.
Salary is close to pennies, forget getting even paid fairly.
There is a culture of not speaking about your compensation.
Management is not supportive and wants you to play as a puppet every time.

Will not recommend anyone to work here, my one advice would be - Run!

I must say, PC Corp is by far the greatest company I have worked for. There is a good life-work balance, the owners are both wonderful people as well as my direct manager. This is the first ever company that I didn't feel awkward in the beginning. People are just great and very accommodating. Our clients are equally nice as well, never ran into any problems.

Promising company but just not the finished article. Not an ideal situation when your technical support staff depend on sales reps for work. Also the minimal benefits make PC Corp not an ideal work employer.The typical day consists of trying to account for billable hours which is no mean feat considering the lack of business.

My experience at PC Corp is positive. great team members, great management who encouraged you to do your best. Work culture makes you feel like a big family. Highly collaborative and supportive teams. One of the best place to start/grow your career.

Technical Consultants at PC Corp are treated like children (better to be seen than heard) regardless of experience and years of service. The technical team is very small and almost always overloaded. Management refuses to staff at appropriate levels and seems to subscribe to the "whip them harder" school of leadership.

Great people, lack luster management

Underpaid for the work they expect

You better be a rock star or a fool to stay here

Always better if you drink the flavor- aid

Low salary but you will get opportunities to try new things here and there.
Management is ok, they will have small parties every few months.
Co-workers are friendly and helpful.

If it was not for low salary, this place would definitely be a long term stay.
