Benefits are not that good, no structure pay, 
I didn't feel motivated to work there, they didn't make feel apart of the team. No room to forward your career. The workplace culture isn't very positive they hire unqualified people and put them on a unsupervised shift with almost no experience. Before departing from the company I presented a medical note which they began to harass me about. BEWARE not a good working environment, long hours with no good pay, bounce is only a $100 quarterly which isn't cash like how they promoted, and they'll force you to work 60 hours per week when they feel like it. If your looking to learn this trade this isn't a place for you to learn.

Horrible upper management exist

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
A lot of finger pointing and deceitful people

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Long and very stressful with no respect

I like that place because you can learn and improve your skill like machines. The supervisor and coworker have high knowledge. The bad part is the maturity cnc machines are old. So, the machine shop looks old and poor clean  for the oil leak.

Pcc Aerostructures,  Could be a better place to work  if the  supervisors know what they were doing.... I have one word for the supervisors at Pcc Aerostructures ' clueless" about machining

Nice place to work, repetition is an issue,but overall good place to work. Various jobs here and help with how to perform these tasks. On time is essential, management is supportive,safety is a priority.

Great experience and the skilled employees provide a wealth of knowledge. The pay and benefits are top notch. The long hours are strenuous but rewarding when successful.

Had a lot of fun and great memories.
Would defo recommend. It’s a fast paced and speedy - would not recommend if you don’t have a lot of experience . 

I made some great friends for life

Management is very unorganized. Production Planner is a headless chicken.
The employee veterans feels entitled, some unaware of rights as an employee. 
But benefits are good.
