PRECISION PLASTICS

Ok this is not a job for the basement dwellers or liberal bums that think a company pays you to stand around, any circus monkey can do any job there, the presses are very easy to work on, the jobs are very simple and easy to learn but 
It is a fast pace job and your there to work not to make friends or socialize, I have read some reviews and those people crying are the ones that can't hold a job, the supervisors are very friendly the workers are all very helpful and are always jumping in to give you a hand, they pay more starting then most places over all a good place to work!

This is the worst company to ever work for. Terrible management/HR, they care more about the job then the employees. They fire the good workers and keep the people who should be fired. The people can be rude, but sometimes nice. You spend more time at work then home. You’re in pain? Too bad. You’re overwhelmed, who cares. There’s is absolutely NO communication in the work place. They expect you to know everything and force you to be ready for new machines when you’re not. Do NOT work here! 

Certain shifts are like a circus, where the younger guys just goof around and get baked all day. The supervisor is never around to see anything.  One of the supervisors seems to be hiding all the times and buddy buddy with certain people. Good luck getting any time off cause they will just deny you . Upper management don't do much and they bug certain workers. 

Overall not great pay for the work we do, extreme amount of favouritism, and if someone doesn’t like you they will try to get you fired even if they have to lie. If your family orientated this is not the job for you. Also mental health is a issue here with many not wanting to talk about it but you can see it.  

The work is ok.   Poor management. The new tier system you won’t see over $20/hr in all non skilled trade departments.  The people are miserable and hopefully your boss likes you cause they assign your daily jobs and you could be put on the same hard repetitive jobs each day. While people they like get easier jobs

Enjoyed working for Precision Plastics.  Obtained skills that I will carry forward into my career.  Multiple sites that share information and support one another.  Upper management was approachable and always available to help.

Alot of good people working  here. Management puts effort into making jobs easier and union is on point with their efforts. New contracts every year so lots of work however this puts stress on everyone and they are still working on ways to identify problems.

I worked there as a part time second job to earn more money.
its a normal factory to work for. parts come out of the machine you put clips or foam on them and put them in a box. then do it a million times more times then go home

Generally worked independently of management. Able to physically see work results at end of day in product created. Management was challenging to the sane.

There is only one supervisor who you're only going to like and the other two well they're just creeps and will make you uncomfortable.  Pick where you work cause trust me you don't want to work here
