After working for PandaPay as a consultant for three years, I made the jump to full time about 11 months ago. It's a fast-growing company, and as a highly motivated person, I appreciate the challenges I face every day. The team is impressive. Everyone seems to pull in the same direction. I work from the Montreal office, and we have access to great amenities. I can't recommend enough that you come work with us and help build an incredible company.

Extremely shady hiring process. Received 3 offer numbers from 3 different people and as soon as I questioned about it, they pulled the entire offer. No background check, treated like a child during the interview while having 6 years of sales experience. Highly likely that you would not make it to 3 month probation as they are unwilling to provide even the smallest of things, such as business cards to door knock. 

Commission only sales in a very competitive market. If you don't show up with your A game you're wasting your time. You have control of your day to day, you can do what you want. But if you don't work you won't get paid. 

Most enjoyable aspect of the job is the freedom, and the most stressful is the learning curve and building up your pipeline.

If you are driven ,a hard worker and want to be part of culture much akin to professional sports PandaPay is the place for you!

The training is ongoing and personal growth is always championed by the managers. 

It really feels like a family environment. If you're hard working and are looking to operate your own business, I definitely recommend these guys to help support you.
