check all areas looking for areas needing maintenance.  check calendar for appointments with contractors.  I enjoyed the tenants to a point, as living in the building you have no personal privacy. from snow removal to planting bedding plants in the front gardens, the tenants enjoy all of it.  BBQ in the summertime with entertainment and food.
meeting with contractors daily for preventative maintenance, checking for people parking in the wrong areas, getting educated to be a Special Constable so I am able to ticket people who are not parked where they should be.
My Property Manager was the best, working with her I learned so much and she was also available if I had questions.
being that it is a family started and running business makes it very easy to approach any of the team for knowledge.  from the brother who was the architect to the office girl at the front desk, everyone is friendly and wanting to help.

- Little to no support from management
- Refer a friend program ruining the company. Everyone hires their friends for a $1000 bonus, which has created an environment where nobody will take responsibility for their mistakes, they just protect each other and there is 0 accountability.  
- very demanding after hours

It was a good place however the position I had been hired to do was filled from previous company owners and made for a not so good experience, other than that it was a good place.

Management encourages everyone to excel at their roles. There is a lot of collaboration and cooperation among peers. 

There is a lot of opportunities to move up the ranks. 

The people who work here are all very supportive and encouraging. The owners are very family oriented and respectful to their employees. Love working for this company.
