If you're looking for a place to work, you are vastly better off ANYWHERE else.

Owners left this place without a manager for months on end, leaving supervisors and employees with absolutely no resources. 

Regional and General managers only come in and have no problem working all the people to death with overtime. And then will complain about having to pay you for overtime since it affects their year end bonus. 
They will not care for any employee feedback or suggestions, because it's "too much work to change". 
Facility is disgusting inside and out, whether it is mud, dirt, dust, MICE, debris. Management refuses to have professional cleaning, despite hearing staff members suggest it on the daily. 

Currently they are hiding all the garbage happening by asking for customers to rate them well on google, in exchange for a $25 gift card they can use on their next stay. 

GM has no problem scolding and berating employees in front of customers for no reason at all. Making you feel like you are not valuable or necessary to the business. 
Doesn't care to speak to staff like they are actual human beings, cusses them out in conversation regularly. 

Absolutely zero training, discretion, or resources provided or used. As a result this place is a revolving door of new employees. It's not uncommon that staff don't care to learn a new person's name because they know that in a couple months that person will quit due to the terrible conditions of this environment. 

Staff that are still there are expected to be able to do everything, even if it wasn't the job they were hired on to do. Disgruntled staff members then do their job poorly, in most cases even damage to vehicles aren't reported and aren't taken care of properly. Then both RM and GM shrug their shoulders and can't be bothered to rectify the situation with the customers. 

Valet staff are forced to work in terrible conditions. 
Cashiers are asked to take care of all things, which results in customers being disgruntled and ticked off. 
Service staff have no tools to do the job correctly, no resources for support. 


TLDR, 
AVOID THIS PLACE. You are better off doing literally just about anything else.

Took this job as a side job to my full time job and I highly regret it. Very little training provided. Management talks badly about other employees to you. No professionalism at all. Your shifts are constantly changed around. You’re expected to do all the jobs with little training, and no incentive. Your told a raise after one year, but hear from employees that that never happens, no one is ever there long enough! Vehicles getting backed into each other and management tries to brush it off and get you to get the customer to leave without noticing. In the 4 months I’ve been here, dozens of employees have quit/fired. Would give them zero stars if I could.

Was hired after new year. Worked here for 4 months, and many people come and quit from this job.
-Firs poor salary.
Big responsibility (customers cars), but nobody cares, because of salary.
-To much work.
After some time, you will get more job to do. But your wage will be the same.
Example, cashier was asking for day off, to spend some time with kids. After some time manager ask to go do detailing in this days...
-Poor management.
For firs time boss will look nice or if you doing all what he want. But if you not doing what he want or not staying extra time on work, in time you will see "changes".
One day manager hired one guy, who don't even know how to drive. During work he hit customer car just in front of clients.

Of all the places I have worked in my life. Park2Go has been the worst. Management will throw there workers under the bus to save themselves from getting in trouble. I worked at this establishment for 8 months and have never seen so many people quit in such a short span. It got to the point where I wouldn’t even bother making friends with new co workers. The entire service department decided to all quit at once including one of the night shift managers because they were so fed up with the way the managers would treat them. Do not work here unless you want to be treated like a slave. I left after they fired someone for working overtime when we needed it.

Luggage loading and unloading. Dispatch is not responsible.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s Indian employer company.  So better to have another job.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Dispatch team worse. They aren’t working for minimising the cost. Drivers are liability for thhem.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Friendliness most of the workers are very friendly 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working in the cold on snowy days very challenging

Fast pace go go go.  Often seem there is panic

The days very different based on airport travel

The management here is super cheap. Most coworkers are good to work with.
Management pays very low hourly rate to work at an isolated location. During pandemic the management shamelessly even robbed the staff tips. No opportunities to progress. Customers complain a lot. They never get/retain quality workers due to the low wages paid.


I would think twice before working here. Management are all around awful. The treatment of staff is terrible and management is rude. Management are not fair in the treatment of their staff, they cater to their own nationality and they are immigrants to this country and cater to their own. Dont accept a job here
