Pentalift was an exceptional workplace. As a welder, I had the pleasure of working alongside experienced colleagues who were always willing to lend a helping hand and provide helpful insights. The friendly atmosphere extended beyond my department and into others, such as the Painters and Assembly teams. Management was top-notch and always available to assist with any questions or concerns. Overall, Pentalift offers straightforward work, supportive supervisors, and fantastic colleagues. While there's always room for improvement, the overall experience was truly positive. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the industry, and if it weren't for the distance, I would have loved to work there for years to come.

I worked on the floor for 10 years. everyday there were new challenges to overcome which I welcomed. most staff was always friendly and motivated. judging by the other reviews I guess you have to explain constantly to employees the reason why you are at work... to earn the company money by the work you provide, complaining about garbage that doesn't matter helps nothing, like they talk behind each others backs or things are dirty...its a welding shop and people are walking in and out of the office section all day bringing welding dust with them, Cry me a river. Great people great product....

There is potential, good employees BUT they must spend money on their office, improve the cleanliness of their work space, culture and take care of their employees surroundings. This is very important aspect in keeping the younger generation of employees. When you walk in, you can tell they don't care much about their employees - desks, cubicle dividers are filthy with dust and debris falling on your head, floors, walls and the washrooms and kitchens are simply toxic. Nobody wants to come into a dirty office everyday unless they live like that at home. If they paid attention to this - I believe many employees would stay and the turnover would not be so high. 

This company is one of the worst companies I've worked for. The team leader if he doesn't like you he makes your life incredibly hard there. Wages are the bare minimum. I needed a job badly and that was the only reason why I applied at this company. Horrible company to work for. I had a vacation booked 8 months prior and a week before I was leaving they said that they lost my vacation slip and then they were denying my vacation. I went anyways and then went on stress leave and found a better job. The people are horrible in there especially management.

I was there for a year and a half, during that time i worked with everyone on the floor in various departments. Enjoyed both my job and the people i worked alongside.
Management is easy to get along with and approach with any concerns or issues.
I unfortunately had to resign due to my family needing cheaper accomodations a few hours away, but i would highly recommend Pentalift to anyone with machine shop, assembly, welding or electrical exerience. Great crew there to work with

Very toxic, even on a good day

Stressful , the owner is always looking for someone to call ch doing something wrong

I worked at this company for 5 years and overall it was decent.  I liked the work and the people I worked with.  Production manager is a great guy but I feel his hands are tied a lot.  Benefits were sub par. Pay was decent.  Not a lot of appreciation for good work but definitely will be told if something is done wrong.  The owner is a decent person but micromanages to the point that everyone walks on egg shells when he is around.  

It's like stepping into the 1980's. Dirty building and offices. Bullies in the sales dept. Everyone talks behind each other's back. No staff are trusted.  No room to advance. Antiquated rules. Owner trusts no one. The position I was in had been filled several times. More order entry not inside sales.  No perks poor benefits. Manager has to work on weekends cause can't handle his own workload. Toxic office and staff.

 The owner yells at people for going to the washroom.  Its not a very encouraging environment.  Seems like no advancement opportunities.  Supervisor and other people i wirked with, were great. So many people told me i shouldn't waste my time there, and that was employees.
