It's a demanding Job that needs your attention everyday. But in the end it is rewarding. You only given a chance to serve once.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My typical day involves Daily Personnel Accounting, Memo and guidance Dissemination. Conduct on site inspection and correction to our personnel. Inspect the deployment of our personnel and conduct Drone Operation and traffic monitoring

As a former chief of different investigation units in the Philippine National Police a typical days work is exhausting and stressful, especially when you are working in a highly urbanized cities where crime incidents are very high. Being the chief of the office, i make sure that all my subordinates are very professional especially in dealing with different kinds of situation. Workplace is harmonious so that each and every member of the unit can contribute their knowledge and know how on a certain type of problem or situation. Hardest part of the job is that you cannot determine the time where your duty ends especially when you are handling sensitive cases and you are in a hot pursuit operation. Most enjoyable is that you meet a lot different people and culture and you also learn from them and you can go to different places.

the most is when the ber months specially November and December that month most required more time

I enjoy working with a team where we can bounce ideas off each other and work together to solve problems. I also appreciate clear communication and feedback from my commanders.

i work as a secretary now of my superior, it was such a typical day for me, i gain knowledge through  reading books in our office, i can manage my time daily. the hardest part of my job is when we are being required to attend some sort of training that i am capable of. the most enjoyable part on this job, is when you can gather a lot friend at your ease and you will learn your mistakes from your own experience...

There were criminals with powerful back-up and tends to file a charge against Police Officers.

working in PNP, provides me and my family the basic needs for everyday, but since my children are getting older and  monetary considerations are increasing a new venture of work must take in consideration.

To be Trained to the utmost capability and endure all pain and situation, can work 247/ that depends on the rotation of the job and has a survival instinct. i have been away to my family to work and serve the public, giving security and saftiness to the public.
