What is the best part of working at the company?
There ain't no best part. 
The place is full of bullies,  and they favour people... they are the worst company to work for.... and the managers.... they are all a click. The minute you have an issue and complain. They go against you... the production manager is the worst of them all. Will record you without permission, favours people, if you don't follow or abide by there rules... your useless to them

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Managers and the way the handle stuff. The whole experience is bad. The employees are like kids, and if they bullie you, or anything like that..... the place won't do shot to help you 


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The worst.... if you don't click witht the people.... you will be laughed at, talked about and made a laughing stock. 

Especially when they don't care about quality

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful to no end. But you love the work. But you work for pennies. Very under payed

At Pilot Diamond Tools I was involved in producing diamond drill bits. This job was very repetitive; however, I worked with awesome people which made the job so much easier.

This company was very understanding when it came to family and those people with young children, and they were very fair if an employee needed time off.

A typical day at work for me would be:
*Getting to work early
*Setting up my station for the day
*Saying good morning to my coworkers

Often times, I would be asked to do several different jobs throughout the day. Some days I would be applying glue to the drill bit molds, and other days I would be setting diamonds. Every day was almost always different, and I got to know all my jobs very well.

The best part of my job was the people I worked with. They were always there to make you smile, or lend a listening ear if you needed it. They were the most supportive group of people I have worked with in my life so far.

Management is not fair or professional. They ask ppl to report negative situations, then hold it against you for doing so. Management starts and causes a lot of negativity & rumours about employees. Management does not take proper steps to ensure quality of product produced & shipped. Management is very unfair with their judgements of ppl & they allow certain supervisors to to talk negative about fellow supervisors in front of other employees. Management makes the environment very toxic. They release very good hard workers without reason or explanation & replace those positions with hiring their friends from outside the company. 

If you do get hired at this job, be careful who to trust, plus If you have a lot of mental issues going on do not trust your co-workers or Supervisors. The manager is not great at supporting employees and is not a great team leader. Do not make friends with this company and just keep to yourself, if you are a new hire just put the thought of the "go to work, go home" method in your mind. On the personal side of things, the employees and the supervisors were very immature and started to gossip behind my back, so if you want to keep this job for a very long time this is what I recommend. 

Pilot Diamond tools is a fast paced work environment with a lot of repetitive tasks, and is physically demanding. 
It is a place where we have processes in place to help make your job easier and to control the Quality of the product. 
I have learned how to inspect, treat products, set different moulds with diamonds, use calipers, and various machinery.

Pilot diamond tools was a great place to work at the beginning, however they changed management and no communication between management and workers!!!


It is definalty a good job to keep. Happy people good work. Always on time for work also never not concered for others safety.great buisness to keep up with.

worst place to work management doesn't know anything and hire supervisors that know nothing..
Can't have an opinion, fires ppl without cause.. they do not pay well at all... it's a joke very stressful job not enjoyable at all

I worked at Pilot Diamond Tools for just shy of two year
I do not feel that the organization and its senior management had my best interests in mind and would have done away with me without thinking twice.
