Predator Drilling

Worked oil rigs quite a bit tried predator.
Job was not as promised there slogan is a joke.
Meetings where not held just signed so company was covered. Standards where not met.
Got injured right off the bat by trying to lift equipment that should have been lifted by loader. push was more worried about his safety days. Steam leaks everywhere faulty equipment. No proper introduction overall a bad place to work unless you are really looking for money but then again there are better companies out there...

Great employees to work with, company responds to requests in good time

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Stetting up and tearing down to move to next lease

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
yes, good bunch of people both in the field and in the office. Although HR seems to put female field staff out earlier than male staff, even if they have less seniority

From the moment I talked to Predator Drilling at a job fair They made me feel like I was part of a team. Even in training sessions and meetings.
Time off was usually easy to get. Even tho the season is short, everyone was willing to help and make your position important

Absolutely loved my time with Predator Drilling. The management truly cares to spend the time giving employees proper coaching and mentoring so we can be successful. The company prides itself on its Core Values and it truly shows in the environment and the culture. The only reason I left was to spend a few years staying home with my kids. I would highly recommend Predator Drilling to anyone.

GREAT company. Company offers great pay, benefits, relations with staff, safety training, im new 2 the industry, they are safety orientated and focused for our safety. They stood by me to help me learn. I did let them down by not letting my superior know of an injury trying to save a young mans job but it cost me mine but they brought me back.  for a second chance.

Good leadership group that runs on tight budgets and expects performance and safety. Can be stressful at times but as long as you have a solid drilling and mechanical backround they are easy to get along with and will treat hard work with steady employment.

Hardest part was the small places to crawl through 
It taught me discipline and patience

Great experience with great people..

Worked as a Floorhand - roughnek waiting to be sent to site and it never happened.  worked in the shop for over 3 months at the end they told us there was no work, since they were not able to get enough contracts.

Your not given benefits unless you are Motorman and up 
Management was good. 
Crew was great 
Pay was good 

The hardest part would be dealing with people that get highly stressed way to easily and should not be in the position their in.
