If you are hired on the printing side of the company it does not matter about experience or how hard you work . It all depends on if certain people like you or feel threatened by you. The main desicions are made by certain operators that have a cancerous effects in the department and those people are listen too by most of the management which only one that  has any experience in printing. The different shifts fight each other and try and trip up the incoming shift by deliberately not doing thier job. This is done by one operator which effects all crews. It's a daily game like this. 3 put of 4 press Helper refuse to work with this person and nothing is ever done. I was told I would do an exit interview which didn't happen this is why I have written this here. Other than this their are great people that work there. 

A discreet workplace with good salary, but less benefits. 
Less company interaction, just do your job and thats it. 
The director is understanding and listens to your needs

Good place to learn, people are nice and work is not that stressfull.

Work is only Monday to Friday. Few people so familiar environment. 

Not so easy to arrive by public transport.
