Work quality is very bad most staff inexperienced manager lets a beginner apprentice to pull frames with very little experience bad paintwork terrible estimating for a flat rate shop extremely hard to break even hours very slow turnaround time on all vehicles preppers priming on the floor overspray everywhere they order all there new hardware from amazon and Alibaba to be used on customers vehicles  do not work here very dirty and unorganized shop if you’re a good tech don’t waste your time here they promise you everything ,but deliver nothing.

The owner refuses to pay the bills that are required to have a running, clean shop. There’s garbage piling up in every corner, there’s never any paint, the paint booths are not properly sealed, there’s rarely any toilet paper or clean rags. The preppers are on drugs, and the front secretary thinks she runs the place. The owner spends all of the money that should be returned to company on race cars and trailers and other personal items. He treats his employees like they are less than people and has an incredible ego/god complex. Everyone hates him, this company won’t last. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Leaving. That’s the best. Getting fired was a blessing cause if not I would have quit. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Literally just being associated with it in general

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Scary, the office has a little click and they’re either related or in a relationship with each other 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Try really hard not to unalive myself.

Great management, laid back atmosphere, room to grow. Fantastic place to work with positive and very motivated people that want to be the best in their craft. Reasonable timelines and helpful processes in place to increase productivity and reduce stress. A clean, organized shop with cutting edge equipment to ensure every car is repaired to its pre-collision state. 10/10.

very good company where i learn a lot ! I learned how everything works for customer service to accounting to working with insurance company.

Family environment with all respect. Dynamique team and nice workplace. Gained good and solid experience in the accounting field and customer service.

Great place to work with flexible hours. Great management and staff, always happy to help with any situations. Overall fun place to work and good pay
