Excellent place to learn all about the manufacturing of concrete products in Canada.

The company is very disorganized

Excellent, there is a very respectful environment

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Apparently everything starts normal and organized. They give you tasks to do throughout the day but sometimes there is no one in charge to correct what is done wrong.

What is the best part of working at the company?
It was a very fast paced work environment which kept me busy all day. The day went by quickly. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The lack of leadership and direction. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Casual laid back family oriented 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Picking , packing ,and shipping orders as well as cycle counts and yard organizing.

There was a lot of financial issues that were not public when I started, and the company got into some trouble.  But they did their best to keep people working and made the right changes to keep the company going forward.  Some good people were lost during that process, but its a great place to work, and hours are fair for construction.  

I would highly recommend not working for this company. Unless it is an entry level position for you. Dont expect to make money, don't expect to have a life, don't expect to be treated as a valued team member.
Shut up and do as your tokd or the threats of insubordination start coming your way.

Treated people great but was disorganized and lacked proper support. The operating system was slow and had many drawbacks. The hardest part was sourcing material as the small dog in the yard, not many vendors would deal with them in fear of upsetting the larger customers.

Proform is a good place to learn about the underground construction business. The management and other employees are always there to lend a hand and give advice. hardest part was the steep learning curve, but very satisfying when accomplished.

Most of the people are great to work with but it is the one bad seed that spoils the bunch. It is unfortunate that management doesn't value its people more

too high of turnover, management does not have clear communication.

compensation ok. good vacation time allotted. 

good efforts go unnoticed. too many under qualified employees.
