Literalness is your best friend, if you're "Type A" personality, come work here. Customers try and understand the process but are confused by the lack of clarity, as you will be too. Sometimes even the most veteran of worker will fail to know where anything is, or how to do a job. But then be able to recite on how to follow "proper procedures" following a talk with a co-worker, who is probably more qualified then the rest of the management anyway. You will be confused on who is actually in charge, this is to confuse the worker into thinking he has multiples of people watching over their every action. This company is perfect for pipeline equipment, service, repair, and overall customer satisfaction, that fact is held together by 19 strong employees, that includes a wizard. But it seems you could give 25 years to them through thick and thin, but it would not matter. The company probably started out as a "Strong, Independent, Work hard, Play Hard", mentality, truly Albertan. But now its more profit over people now, get it done fast, not get it done properly. I personally was an employee for 7 and 3/4 months, I am not angry, or mean any malicious intent. But these are true observations. My 2 star rating was because of the reason i was terminated, and because of the mentality that breeds within management towards employees they favor over ones who are qualified. But I am just sharing my opinion, also do not worry about the dirt, i cleaned everything......everything!, from moving the lockers to break room to organizing receiving's wall, wiping and vacuuming particle board, to organizing the beveling machines, and sweeping everyday.

It was great for first while them all of a sudden called in and was let go cause my skill set and Personality wasn’t a fit for the company meanwhile I have 15 years experience in shipping and receiving and my personality was great got along with everybody and everyone liked me was a good hard worker best they have had
In while what’s the reason for let me go away because my skill set and personality so I guess they don’t like a hard worker and a decent personality so to work there you must be a dumb and a attitude they don’t want skill people in there that’s for sure 

I would not recommend this business yo anyone. Management is terrible,  they support inadequate work, they don't learn from their mistakes. The employees are mislead to believe it's a "family culture". Truth being,  if your not actually their family, you are not going to be an integral part of the business.  Nepotism is rampant, and the over all culture is unprofessional.  

I was new to the job when I first started, but they had training in place to help me feel confident. Everyone was always willing to help explain things to me if I had any questions.

I started before Covid and when it hit and things slowed down I was glad that they didn't lay anyone off. We kept busy on random projects.

I enjoy the people there and the social club lunches and events that they put on.

Proline Pipe Equipment is a good place of opportunity to start in a warehouse. You work with great people that are fun and productive and willing to help each other out. a great and fun place to work.

Lots of long term employees that are very helpful, advancement might take a while for a management position as they are a small to medium sized company and it doesn't seem like they are going anywhere. I have seen advancement with others moving to different departments.




Relaxed, Learned new things everyday, Management was Great, Workplace Culture was Diverse, Hardest Part of the Job was calling it a day, The most Enjoyable part of the Day was coming into work! Great Place to work! Always lots to do with projects. 

The company nickel and dimes your paychecks for a cheap burger once a month meanwhile they're making 100M in sales per year. Terrible workplace culture, absolutely no way up in a role unless you're liked by the owner's sons. 

They value their customers, and some employees are treated well but when faced with a difficult time in dealing with a loss of a family member they let me go with no remorse or compensation.

Pretty laid back culture. 
Management knows you have a life outside of work.   
Get paid well, good people...
They promote within as much as they can.
